If you are interested in participating in our fifth annual Poetry Out-Loud Contest please see Ms. Bassett in V-01 for details.  The contest will be held the first week in December and prizes will be awarded.  Now's the time to sharpen your competitive edge.

On Thursday, October 28, Seniors and their parents are invited to attend a special Senior Parent Night in the Ridgeland High School Auditorium at 6:00 p.m.  Details of the Senior events leading up to graduation will be discussed.  You don't want to miss this event!

Deadline to have your senior dues paid is November 1st.

The Scholastic Book Fair will be held in the Media Center from October 19th to the 29th.  

Tryouts for boys and girls will be November 1, 2010.  Deadlines for physicals with the school nurse is Monday, October 18, 2010.  No physical - No tryouts!

High School students interested in being referred for the after school G & T Art Program should see Ms. Keen in room H-33 or talk to the guidance counselors.  The program will take place on Mondays and Wednesdays from 2:45 p.m. to 4:45 p.m.  You must provide for your own transportation home.

Ridgeland Middle and  High Schools will have Parent Night on October 14, 2010 at 6 p.m. in the campus cafeteria.  Dinner will be served.  Information on literacy, HSAP, PASS, END of Course, IGP's and a lot more will be presented by the Guidance Department and Leadership Teams.  

Senior pictures make-up day is October 26, 2010 from 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. in the auditorium.
