Welcome to the web page for the Richland Heights East Neighborhood Association (RHENA).

The Richland Heights East Neighborhood (MAP) is a centrally located neighborhood in Tucson, Arizona. The neighborhood is bordered by Campbell Ave to the west, Tucson Blvd to the east, Prince Rd to the north, and Ft Lowell Rd to the south. Richland Heights East is home to more than 270 homes, almost 30 businesses, and over 800 residents.In 1994, the residents of RHE established a Neighborhood Association registered with the City of Tucson. Welcome!
