 Rhapsody Suites was establish to address the increasing demand of budget friendly, no frills accommodation in Cagayan de Oro City.
 
Rhapsody Suites Shall cater to the tourist, Businessmen, Merchants and the likes who need a centrally located place, clean and spacious rooms at budget friendly rates.
 
Rhapsody Suites offers its visitors and guests spacious rooms, free Wi-fi, PABX telephones in every room, individual hot and cold shower and toilet, Slimfit Cable TV and for suite rooms - a dinning table, refrigerator and 32" flat screen cable TV were also added.
 
    An elevator for the convenience of our guest and the acessibility of persons with disabilities and standby generator are a few of our added amenities that sets us apart from our competitors. A function/meeting room is also available.

House Rules

Dear Guests,
In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, please take into consideration the following information:
1.       Management rights: The management reserves for itself the absolute right of admission to any person in the Rhapsody Suites premises and to request any guest to vacate his or her room at any moment without any previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever. The guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In default, the management will be entitled to remove the luggage and belongings of the visitor from the room occupied by him or her - with a three-member committee in attendance - and lock the room or rent the room to another guest. This will only happen if the person(s) occupying the room(s) are disturbing the peace or / and safety of the Rhapsody Suites/ personnel or other guests.
2.       The Rhapsody Suites accommodation can be used only by the person registered at the reception.
3.       For this purpose, guests are to present their valid national ID card or passport, or any other valid proof of identity to the relevant employee upon request. The Rhapsody Suites is to issue guests with an accommodation pamphlet immediately upon registration, which will contain the name of the guest, the passport number with country of origin, the address of the guest, the phone number of the guest, his signature, the room number and the price for one night accommodation and the duration of the stay. The room tariff is not inclusive of any charges for food and beverages or any other services; these can be billed to your room account.
4.       Room visits are not allowed. Please use our Lobby for social events and chatting with your guests.
5.       The Rhapsody Suites may offer guests who ask to extend their stay a different room to the one in which they were originally accommodated.
6.       In case you wish to leave the Rhapsody Suites sooner than your check-out time, please inform the reception, rooms vacated for more than six (6) hours will be considered check-out rooms.
7.       In case you wish to leave the Rhapsody Suites later than planned, please inform the reception four (4) hours before check out time.
8.       Unless stipulated otherwise in advance, guests are obliged to pay the prices for accommodation and other services rendered in accordance with the valid price list upon arrival. The bill is payable upon being presented.
9.       Settlement of bills: bills must be settled on presentation either by payment in cash or valid credit cards, cheques are not accepted.
10.    Please sign the bills for all hotel services personally.
11.    Bringing and consuming food and drinks or ordering from external catering services is not allowed in rooms or any other hotel areas for sanitary reasons.
12.    Washing, drying and ironing in the room is not allowed. Please use the hotel cleaning service for this. Please ask the reception.
13.    The use of WIFI in the bar, your room and restaurant area is free of charge for guest only. All others will be charged per hour with a minimum of one hour.
14.    According to the City ordinance of Cagayan de Oro City, smoking is not allowed in all Rhapsody Suites public closed areas for security reasons. Rooms are equipped with fire and smoke alarms for your safety.
15.    It is strictly forbidden to bring flammable or explosive materials and objects with unpleasant smell into any hotel area.
16.    Cooking or any other way of preparing food in the room is not allowed.
17.    Unless your valuables, money and documents are not stored in the safe, the Rhapsody Suites cannot guarantee their safety.
18.    Please immediately inform the reception of any defects or faults in the room or possible dissatisfaction with the service.
19.    Guests may not move furnishings, or interfere with the electrical network or any other installations in the  rooms or on the premises without the consent of the Rhapsody Suites management. If any malfunction is discovered during your stay please report this to the reception and we will repair this as soon as possible.
20.    A guest may not use his or her own electrical appliances, which are not used for the guest's personal hygiene and comfort. You can use electric razors, hairdryers or chargers for laptops, flashlights etc in your room.
21.    Please keep the equipment and furniture safe. We will be forced to charge you any intentional damage caused during your stay.
22.    Guests are to observe nighttime peace and quiet. Please do not create noise which could disturb other guests in the rooms, corridors and public areas, especially in the period from 10.00 PM to 8.00 AM.
23.    Please do not enter the public areas dressed inappropriately, e.g. in your pajamas, underwear, swimming suit, etc. Walking in any public area of the Rhapsody Suites without footwear is not allowed.
24.    If the guest becomes ill or injured, the Rhapsody Suites can help the provision of medical assistance or, as the case may be, to arrange for the guest to be taken to hospital, all at the guest expenses.
25.    For security reasons, it is not appropriate to leave children under 10 years of age without adult supervision in room or other areas on the premises. Running and playing in the bar and restaurant area is not allowed.
26.    Pets are not allowed in all rooms.
27.    Room inventory (pillows, blankets, towels, etc.) are intended for your use during your stay at the Rhapsody Suites and you are kindly requested not to take them out.
28.    Upon departing, guests are obliged to turn off all water faucets, the lights in the room and its facilities as well the aircondition and to shut the door as they leave. Keep your door and windows closed when the aircondition is working.
29.    Prior to leaving the room, please check if you have closed the tap in the bathroom.
30.    Keys must be deposited at the reception desk whenever guest leaves the premises and at the time of check out. Lost keys and key hangers will be charged.
31.    In case of key loss, please immediately inform the reception.
32.    Guests are obliged to pay for any loss or damage of Rhapsody Suites property caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible.
33.     Minors under 21 years, male or female, are not allowed to stay at this hotel without being accompanied by their parents or guardians.
34.    Complaints by guests and any possible suggestions for improving the Rhapsody Suites activities are welcomed by the management.
35.    Any complaints of individual, agency or contractual guests shall be taken into account if they are submitted during the guest’s stay at the Rhapsody Suites. Complaints sent or submitted later shall not be accepted.
36.     Guests are obliged to observe the provisions of these House Rules. In the event that a guest is in breach of these rules, the Rhapsody Suites has the right to repudiate the agreement on the provision of accommodation services before the agreed period has elapsed.
37.    Rules and regulations might change at any time.
