Relay for Life 2009

Relay Facts & Notes:
Teams of 10 to 12 people representing various corporations, businesses, schools and organizations, along with groups made up of families and friends will gather to honour loved ones, celebrate with survivors and participate in this very worthwhile, fun event which generates money for cancer research and supportive patient care.
NL Relay Facts for 2007: 20 Relays were held 4,500 people participated 2,000 people volunteered 15,000 Luminaries were lit 1,500 Survivors walked the Victory Lap $953,000 was raised
GFW Relay Facts for 2007:
391 people participated 60 people volunteered 1,200 Luminaries were lit 113 Survivors walked the Victory Lap $67,000 was raised
