List of Ceremony Packages that I can offer you.
 
Ceremony Packages:
 
Any ceremony package can be performed any weekday evening, any time on weekends and most holidays included (Christmas Day is included!), holidays may require a little more notice to make arrangements. 

 

Counseling is NOT required for me to perform any of the following ceremony packages.

 

NEW PACKAGE!!!

ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE: $700 This package offers it all! You get to create a standard ceremony to fit your wants and needs as a couple. If wanted we can even cooridinate a rehearsal for you. You also get wedding photography done by my wife. You get 1-2 hours before your ceremony at your ceremony location, you get full ceremony coverage, you get posed shots of your wedding party, family, and you (the couple) after the ceremony, then you get reception coverage as well! We will stay at the reception until all MAIN events are complete and also get candids of guests, family, and you (the couple) dancing and mingling as well. At the reception my wife and myself both have cameras and do photography to ensure you get MANY photos of your wedding. We offer ALL photo rights to you and you will recieve discs with your photos on them. This package also includes FREE TRAVEL WITHIN 50 MILES of our location!!!! If reception is not at the same location as the ceremony, then there is a 50 miles limit of travel for the day that will be free, once over that 50 mile limit, you will be charged regular travel fees (listed below)

Travel over 50 miles: $1.00-$1.50 per mile over 50 miles, with gas prices up and down price will be determined by gas prices at the time of booking. We will not charge over $1.50 a mile.

Elopements:

  

$100 for elopement at your location 

 

Elopement includes a 5-8 minutes simple ceremony at your location of choice, no rehearsals, no walking down the aisle, just a quick ceremony and we are done. No meetings are needed for same day elopement, but if booking more than 10 days in advance you must either send in your $50 deposit or you may send in the full payment to reserve the day. ALL elopements that are booking, please send us the contact information which you can find by clicking on "Contact Me" on the left hand side of this page. This is so we have your information on hand for your ceremony. A maximum of 10 guests are allowed.

Vow Renewals: used for those who eloped and want a more formal ceremony or to celebrate love after many years. Since this is not a "legal" ceremony it can be very personal and flexible.

$150 for a vow renewal that follows the guide lines of our Standard Wedding Packages listed below.


Standard Wedding Packages: $250 this includes a more personalized wedding ceremony than an elopement ceremony. You will be given several pre-written ceremonies, you can choose to keep one how it is, or you can piece together your own ceremony from the ceremonies that you are given, writing your own vows or adding internal ceremonies such as the rose, unity candle, or sand ceremony or other internal ceremonies may also be added. A memorial may also be added to the beginning of this type of ceremony. Also included are unlimited email and phone contacts and a complimentary in person consultation.

Commitment Ceremonies: Pennsylvania does not yet allow marriages other than those of a male-female relationship, marriage occurs in the heart even if not legally. This can also be for male and female couples who cannot be legally married for whatever reason. This ceremony type also includes an in-person consultation and unlimited email and phone contacts.

 

$150 for a commitment ceremony that follows the guide lines of our Standard Wedding Packages listed above.

 

Additional Fees and Service:

 

TRAVEL FEE: $1.00 - $1.50 per mile over 25 miles from my location one way to your location. This depends on gas prices at the time of booking, but we will not charge over $1.50 a mile. If you book now your price in your contract WILL NOT change!

(travel free applies to all ceremony types; except the ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE)

 

RETAINER FEE: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at signing of contract to hold all dates and times. This deposit does come off the price quoted it is not an added fee. So if you are quoted $200 and pay the $50 deposit, you only owe $150.

 

THEMED CEREMONY COSTUMES: If a costume is to be worn by me during the ceremony there is a $50 fee added to the ceremony price and costume must be provided by the couple, unless it is something that I already own.
