Classical Languages Online Late Assignment Reporting Form
All Exit Assessments and Online Exams may be taken Late for partial Office Hours credit (within 18 hrs for OFC credit of 90%) within that week for Late credit (before FAC List goes up for LTE credit of 75%) and past-deadline late for Friday Afternoon Club (for 50% FAC Credit). Late Assignments done on Quia are not entered into the gradebook unless this form is completely filled out. You may submit a score for review by clicking here.
