Look at this method, this can improve memory, speaking english and creating inspiration, try colored pencils with a plastic eraser, index cards and a notebook without lines. Test the colors of different makers of these pencils and you will find the ones that are brilliant and the ones that are dull.
Writting in colors as blue, brown, and other colors will build inspiration, Black and gray methods do not work.
Notebooks and index cards are for explorations, research work and your word definition reviews to scale the walls in life (this computer screen is a wall and reading whats on a wall is to be able to scale a wall.... to be able to read whats on the walls) Sure you could record definitions on a mp3 player or cell phone and is cool but its not the same because you need to see with your eyes and take the time to review your words (develoment matters)

I like crayola pencils, they have bright colors...i use them to write and draw in my explorations, research and work...I use blue and brown the most and sometimes green.
