A long history ...

The Wainuioru District has a long history with many of the same families still living and working in the 
area as they did generations ago.  New families have moved into the area and made Wainuioru their home too - whilst others have moved away.  The School continues to be at the heart of the community. 
This year Wainuioru School has notched up 50 years of successful teaching & learning.  The school provides quality rural education for our children and has the most up-to-date resources on hand. 

To celebrate 50 years of Wainuioru School and to reunite the Wainuioru District community, a Jubilee and Reunion has been planned for the 4th and 5th of April next year.  Please join us to celebrate ... we look forward to seeing you.
