Building on work begun in 1994, Priscilla Akwara of UNICEF's Strategic Information Section, DPP, has prepared a list of proposed indicators for monitoring and evaluating progress in implementation of the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC). The indicator list may serve to stimulate thinking and inspire capacity development as study teams work to fill gaps in data and research. Suggested quantitative indicators should be considered in the broader legal and policy context within which they are collected
