Looks Great! Now How Does This Work?
1. Get a Google account. If you use Gmail you already have one, but if you don't set up an account here.
(You do not have to use Gmail to have a Google Account)
2. Once logged in to your new account, go to Google Sites and click the [Create new site] button. Now here is the important part - choose the Quixor Flex Systems, Tenant Finder as your template. You will then have an exact copy of this site as you see it here. Just delete the pages and text that do not apply to your rental property. You can learn more here about how to work with Google sites.
3. Collect the materials you would like to have included in your site such as descriptive text (location, rooms, surrounding properties and features) and pictures. On the page most appropriate for item click the [Edit page] button and key in the text and add the pictures.
4. Be sure to include links to your new site in any other marketing materials you release, especially your Craigslist ads.
5. Wait for the phone to ring!
