We provide indicative salaries for the different types of job on offer and useful hints and tips for interviews. We indroduce the various major players within the sectors and give a "who does what where" type breakdown, which unless you are already in the industry can be hard to find and difficult to understand. We also list key skills, which may be required for certain jobs. The great thing about the renewable industry in general is that it is still very much in its infancy. So, even if you don't have all the key skills listed in a job advert don't let that put you off, probably not many other people will either. Incredibly people who have just one year of experiance are in a position where they can boast of being an old hand and take advantage the salary negotiating power that goes with it. Very few other growth industies can make such claims. What is often more important is your ability to show the potential employer how your current skill set can be transferred effectively or just you sheer enthusiasm to learn them anew.
