Rounding Rhyme-This tells you what to do, we use this to estimate! Find your number (underline place value to round)
5 or greater, add one more (underlined place gets one more)
4 or under, just ignore. (underlined place stays the same)
Everything to the right is a 0. If you are rounding to 10, it has at least one 0 because ten has no ones, 100's have at least 00 because hundreds have no tens or ones.
5 or more, round 'er up, 4 or up, let it drop
