PLEASE NOTE a new item (highlighted in green) soliciting your birthdays and anniversary dates.  
I DO NOT want your year of birth, just the month and day.  
I DO WANT your anniversary date, so milestones can be recognized. (25, 50, etc).

P.S.- also, please note the calendar and the "NO SPAGHETTI" dates.  
This allows our workers off for the holiday season.
