Our mission: Achieve a positive response from the United Nations, the World Health Organization and all Political leaders, to at least monitor and investigate this silent epidemic and to take this problem very seriously We are asking that the growing amount of complaints from around the world, about on "remote manipulation" of electronic communications, and abuse, non consentual human experimentation,with technology able to interface with biological systems, gets urgently the attention it deserves because it is targetting a large amount of people in silence. It is NO science fiction. but a global human rights issue, a public health problem, and an important security matter, of historical importance.
Symtoms and recent survey results, and over 700 personal testemonies from victims of this experimentation.
Rapports of Ti's mainly include following 3 things. A -Most ti's rapport physical and mental symptoms they experience from the moment they consciously experience the technology starts to affect them. B -Most ti's rapport interception of mail, interception and alteration of telecommunications, telephone and internet communications and dysfunctions of all kind of electronic devices and cars electronic to start simultaniously.
C -Most ti's experience "Organized stalking, which they explain in a few possible ways", and that in most cases starts earlier than the typical symtoms and psysical sensations rapported as "electronic harassment" Those tree things (nearly) always go together without that the people know each other from all around the world, and the number of new people rapporting this started to increase in 2000 exponentionally till the present. This should at least raise the question how the complaints can be unrelated.

We need to be Fair and Objective in approaching all powerful countries, and if only ONE of them refuses to cooperate in good faith to ensure verification of non-use, which is to be confirmed by UN Inspectors, then I do not think we will succeed. This is a disarmament issue.
