• In partnership with SPICE (Strong Parental Involvement In Education), an African-American grassroots organization. The SPICE curriculum is intended to strengthen the bond between parents and children while introducing parents to basic computer skills
• SPICE can be hosted by churches that have/can set up a computer room (5-10 students).

• Reach out to the Spanish speaking population in partnership with neighborhood churches to explore and offer social enrichment and spiritual nurture/formation programs
• Explore computer program for Walltown in partnership with SPICE
  
  Desired Outcome: Create a model for addressing un-met spiritual and social needs of Latinos

• Work with Durham Police Department and Latino pastors/congregations on how to address safety issues in the Latino community
• Join with Durham CAN and other organizations to advance issues important to Latinos
  
  Desired Outcome: 10-15 Latino evangelical Latino pastors connected and working together

• Collaborate with other entities for a more holistic approach to respond to the needs of stay home Latino mothers
• Provide spiritual development and nurture to stay home mothers
  
  Desired Outcome: Establish a group of 5-10 persons for the purpose of networking, support, spiritual growth

• Provide opportunities to build meaningful relationships across cultures
• One week mission trip to Mexico (October 2008) to learn more about the local history, experience life in another context and build relationships for future ministry opportunities

Desired Outcome: 20 people participate of trip; comeback with new insights for Latino ministry

• VBS training for English speaking congregations to reach out to Latino children
• Fall youth retreats (grades 6-8; 9-12)

• Multicultural worship the last Sunday of every month from 5-6 PM
