Fees:    Level 4  $45 or $17 per routine            Level 7/8  $75 or $22 per routine
             Level 5/6  $55 or $17 per routine         Level 9/10  $75 or $22 per routine
Deadline for Entry:  Oct. 19, 2009. A late fee of $25/gymnast will apply. No entries accepted after Oct. 26, 2009.
Mail entries and payments to Julie Toda at 14735 SW Rask Terrace, Tigard OR 97224. Make checks payable to Rhythmic Gymnastics Northwest. You are encouraged to email registration forms (see attachment to this page) prior to mailing in your checks to expedite processing. Technical forms for Levels 7-10 must be postmarked by Nov. 4 or hand delivered by Nov 6.  Please send one clear copy only to meet director at the above address.  A late fee of $25/gymnast will apply.

Meet Format: Level 4’s will compete 2 at a time; all other levels will compete 1 at a time. Levels 4-8 may perform 1-4 routines, but must perform RFX per Rules and Policies.
Awards: As per Rules and Policies.
CDs: Level 4 - one CD per routine, per gym. All other levels - one CD per routine, per gymnast, even if music is the same.

Raffle, concessions, and vendors will be available. Any interested vendors should contact the meet director for information. As this is a Region 2 fundraiser, we ask that 15% of proceeds go to the meet. Profits from the meet will be divided between Westside Dance and Gymnastics Academy and Region 2. 

Advertising space in program available:  1/8 page $25, ¼ page $50, ½ page $100, full page $200
Cheer Ads:  ¼ page $25, ½ page $50, full page $75.  Contact the meet director for advertising.
