The Regina Soccer Referees Association (RSRA) is an organization separate from the Regina Soccer Association (RSA). RSRA provides officials for the games of the Regina Soccer Association under contract. The RSRA also provides referees to other soccer organizations such as the high schools for their leagues, the University of Regina for the programs they provide, to the Saskatchewan Soccer Association for their provincial tournaments and programs, and to clubs organizing sanctioned tournaments. Referees are governed by their organization, the Saskatchewan Soccer Association, the Canadian Soccer Association, and ultimately by FIFA, who manage and maintain the Laws of the Game.

The Regina Soccer Referees Association and the Regina Soccer Association are always looking for people interested in refereeing.
