What is Reflexology

Reflexology is the art of applying pressure to the reflex areas in the feet. Reflex points relate to all parts of the body and respond to pressure, stimulating the body's own natural healing process.

As a Licensed Reflexologist, I apply pressure to massage each of the reflex points in the toes, feet & ankles to release tension. This in turn removes energy blockages, and helps disperse accumulations of calcium and uric acid. It stimulates blood circulation and promotes healing of both body & mind.

What to Expect During a Session

During your session you will relax on a massage table while I apply gentle but firm pressure to the reflexes in your feet. Through the course of the session certain reflex areas may be sensitive. These tender spots are possibly a blockage in the related body area. Reflexology helps to cleanse and improve the function of these areas.

It is important to communicate before the session any health issues you may have and also what you are feeling during the session. This will ensure you get the greatest benefit from the treatment.

Many people find the experience deeply relaxing and may be overcome with a feeling of deep peace and relaxation. To maximize the benefits of Reflexology, I will ask you to consume a glass of water following the session to help flush toxins released during the treatment

Services Offered

I am a Certified Foot Reflexologist through the Ontario Collage of Reflexology. I conduct full Foot Reflexology treatments on people of all ages and in all conditions.

I am able to offer treatments in the comfort of your own home or within my home based studio. I will make a house call anywhere within the city of London, Ontario, and will bring the massage table with me.

Many people in long term care facilities, or suffering from chronic conditions find Reflexology helps to improve their quality of life. I am happy to help you or your loved ones by travelling to the care facility to provide treatment.

Children 15 & Under $20 (parent must be present)
