What is the difference between 'Delete local data' and 'Merge local and server' choices for the first time or the reset syncing?

When 'Delete local data' is selected, all of your calendars in the local database will be deleted and cleaned up for the initial syncing. If you would like to keep your existing local database, select 'Merge local and server' and it will import calendars from Google Calendar without deleting your existing local calendar, but please note that you can keep only your primary (the first) calendar and all of the other calendars in the local database will be deleted in either case if you have multiple calendars.

    Google Tasks Syncing

Can't I sync my task lists with Google Tasks? Why?

We are sorry that task syncing is not yet supported in Refills.
Currently Google does not provide APIs for Tasks which is needed for implementing syncing feature. We could have chosen other solutions like RTM or Toodledo instead, but we believe that implementing too much feature might destroy the beauty of simplicity of Refills, so we decided to keep waiting for Google in order to provide the best user experience in the future.
Please support us by your patience.

    Refill Catalog

I'd like to design my original refills by myself. Can I add my original refills to the Refill Catalog?

We are sorry that the Refill Catalog is currently not open for public.

    Search View

I couldn't get the search result for my events in the distant past. Why?

Refills V1.1.2 or earlier only supports the events between one year before today and two years later from today.
In Refills V1.2 or later, there are no such limitation and you can change search range by tapping arrow buttons which is displayed on the header and footer in the search results.

    Trouble Shootings

The application does not launch, or it crashes when attempting to create events or tasks.

The application files or database files might be broken in your device. Please re-install Refills by following instructions in the Apple Support > 'Reinstall the application'.
