Refer, the journal of the Information Services Group of the Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals (CILIP), is published three times a year and distributed free to members of the Group. Subscriptions rates are £26 in the UK and £32 overseas (sterling payments), £42 equivalent (non-sterling payments). The publication schedule for the next year is:

Contributions: Refer is a forum for news and views on all aspects of reference and information work. Articles of up to 3000 words are welcomed. Contributions should be set in Times New Roman using Word (.doc format) and sent as an email attachment or on CD.
