SCOOP - the Standing Committee on Official Publications - is an important aspect of ISG's work, and SCOOP news is an integral and valued part of Refer.

 

Alastair Allan, the Chair of SCOOP, has given permission for the background papers to SCOOP meetings to be made available on Referplus to support the SCOOP news column. These papers will be arranged by the date of the SCOOP Meeting for which they were prepared, and will be referenced from the relevant SCOOP news.
