SCOOP Fiona Laing has written an article (attached) on the Scottish Working Group on Official Publications. ISG has agreed to fund SCOOP's survey of official publications holdings in UK libraries. A volunteer is required to undertake the work for which expenses and an honararium will be paid. More information from Valerie Nurcombe (vjnurcombe@gmail.com) There will be a planning meeting in Manchester on Tuesday 19th June to which anyone interested in the Project is invited - more details from the SCOOP Secretary, Peter Chapman (scoop@pjdchapman.co.uk) The National Archives will be issuing a survey for all users of white and green papers, Command and House of Commons papers and similar UK government publications. The National Archives hopes that you will be able to complete and disseminate the survey on publication, responses to which will inform future government publishing arrangements.
