Reeshad Dalal is an associate professor of industrial/organizational psychology at George Mason University (GMU) in Fairfax, Virginia. He received his PhD in 2003 from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and then taught at Purdue University for four years before joining GMU.

Reeshad's research has been published in outlets that include (among several others) the Journal of Applied Psychology, the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, the  Academy of Management Journal, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, and the Journal of Behavioral Decision Making. He is on the editorial board at the Academy of Management Journal, the Journal of Applied Psychology and the Journal of Business and Psychology, and he reviews for numerous other journals on an ad hoc basis.
