Finance Workgroup

Overview of Responsibilities: The Finance Workgroup oversees the financial life of the sangha, working with other Workgroups especially Membership and Programs to maintain accurate records and smooth flow of financial processing.

Task List:
  • Sangha Bookkeeping
  • Overall Budget and help other Workgroups develop and meet their budgets
  • Assist Membership Workgroup in a determining an annual assessment of average membership pledges requested from the sangha
