 Each Workgroup is supported by one or more members of the  Red Cedar Zen Community Board of Directors as follows:  
 President:   Jeff McKenna         Sangha leadership, process.
      Donor Relations Workgroup:  Maintains positive contact with current and potential donors.

 Vice-President:   Mary Apple   outreach and communication with the broader community.

      Welcome Workgroup: Ensure Dharma Hall and Sangha activities are welcoming & informative.

      Outreach Workgroup: Inform Bellingham community about our existence & programs.

      Sustainability Workgroup: Support long term sustainability of the sangha and our facilities.


 Treasurer:    Greg Greenan       Finance and financial planning.

      Donor Relations Workgroup: Also supported by the President; see description above.

      Finance Workgroup: Maintain accurate and smooth flowing financial records of Sangha.
      Building Workgroup: Maintain our Dharma Hall and coordinate its use.
 
 Secretary:   Brian Davidson       Sangha communication and member support.
      Membership Workgroup: Support and encouragement members and potential members.

      Website & Technology Workgroup:  Maintain Website, evaluate new approaches, and help members use them. 


Spiritual Director:  Tim Burnett      Practice, programs, and scheduling.

      Practice Committee: Guide the forms and feelings of our practice.

      Zendo & Programs Workgroup: Run retreats & events, and takes care of the zendo.

To all Board and workgroup members: Please post your Board or Workgroup related help wanted requirements on the HELP WANTED page. This will enable other members to quickly see which Workgroup needs help and what type of help is needed.

The Announcement type page (see Help Wanted page for example) would also make a good errant list for a Workgroup. They are easy to create. If you need help give Christa a call (360-756-1449) or email her and she can set it up for you.

Note to all that we decided to combine the Zendo and Programs workgroups because there was so much overlap between them. Within Z&P though there are severals areas of emphasis

To all Board and Workgroup Members: In order to use the workgroups you must register your userid with Google. Please sign on to www.google.com/sites to register your userid. After that I can authorize your userid to modify Workgroup sites.
