On Sangha Workgroups:
Each Workgroup is supported by one or more members of the Red Cedar Zen Community Board of Directors as follows: President: Jeff McKenna Sangha leadership, process. Vice-President: OPEN outreach and communication with the broader community. Welcome Workgroup: Ensure Dharma Hall and Sangha activities are welcoming & informative. Treasurer: OPEN Finance and financial planning. Finance Workgroup: Maintain accurate and smooth flowing financial records of Sangha.
Building Workgroup: Maintain our Dharma Hall and coordinate its use.
Secretary: Brian Davidson Sangha communication and member support.
Membership Workgroup: Support and encouragement members and potential members. Website & Technology Workgroup: Maintain Website, evaluate new approaches, and help members use them. Spiritual Director: Tim Burnett Practice, programs, and scheduling. Practice Committee: Guide the forms and feelings of our practice. Zendo & Programs Workgroup: Run retreats & events, and takes care of the zendo. Library Workgroup: Maintain our library.
