A great way to see the flow of the signing process for each agreement as well as to check on the progress made in signing is to use the Agreement Visualizer. The visualizer provides a picture of what's going on with agreements. It's a quick way of seeing who has signed and who's next to sign without having to open the agreement itself. The Agreement Visualizer is located above the list of agreements within the agreement manager. Click the slider to open the Visualizer then select an agreement. An example of a Visualizer diagram is included below;  The agreement outlined above includes 3 signers: two people who can sign in any order between themselves and a third signer who cannot sign until the other two have signed. A diagram also shows who has viewed and who has signed the agreement. In the example above, John has signed the agreement (indicated by the green checkmark) and janesmith@recombo.com has viewed the agreement (indicated by the yellow star). John is the only signer who has registered so he is the only person who has a name associated with his email address. From this diagram you can also click on any of the people to view a list of everyone who has viewed and signed the agreement. |
