Setting Notification Emails

When a document is published, some notifications are automatically setup. These include:

- the recipient(s) is informed of the document they need to sign
- for multiple signing groups, each recipient is informed when it is their turn to sign
- when all parties have signed, everyone is informed of the completion of the document

Company-wide Notifications

Company-wide notifications can be setup to email someone about every agreement completed within that company, regardless of whether they are involved with that agreement or not. This can be useful for someone who wishes to track the agreements being published without having to log into agreement express. However, this can cause a significant increases in emails, depending on the amount of agreements being published.

This feature is currently only available upon request. Please contact Recombo Support to enable this feature for your company.

Template Notifications

If someone would like to be notified of completed agreements based on a template, go into the template manager and double-click the notify field for the chosen template and enter in an email address. To enter more than one, separate emails with a comma and do not use spaces.
