Searching for Documents

Agreement Express includes a robust search providing many different ways to find a document. To search for a document, select Search from the left sidebar. This will open the search box. From here you can search based on the recipient, the publisher (sender), the ID # etc.





Name

This field allows you to search for the name of the file you've sent as an agreement.

Expand Packages
This allows you to control whether you put like to see just the parent document in a package or every document. By default this is turned on.

Period
Period allows you to search for agreements sent today, in the last 7 days or in the last 30 days.

Dates
Alternatively, you can search between a selected period. The selected date will return results including that day. You can select just the From Date or just the To Date, you are not required to fill out both.

ID #
This is a 5 or 6-digit unique identifier assigned to each document.

Recipient First/Last Name, Email
These fields are for the recipient of the document.

Publisher First/Last Name, Email
These fields are for the publisher or sender of the document.

Company
Some companies are set-up with multiple departments split into different companies. The drop-down will allow you to select different companies based on your permissions.

Status
This will allow you to search for documents at a particular stage in the signing process.

Notes
You can search for any information in the notes field of a document.

Department
You can now search search for agreements sent to a department group.

Save as a Smart Folder
This allows you to save the search. Once saved, it will appear as a starred folder under Folders. You must complete the search to save it.
