Search Function Updates

posted 22 Mar 2011 08:25 by Steph S.   [ updated 29 Mar 2011 13:20 ]

UPDATE: Based on customer feedback, the expand packages box is now checked by default. This enables users to see similar results to what they have seen in the past. Our apologies for any inconvenience this change may have caused.

A small change has been made to Search with regards to document packages. Now, by default search only returns the first document in a package (previously the entire package was shown). This change allows Search to return results consistent with your All Agreements and other folders.

To see all documents in a package when searching, please check the box marked Expand packages in the search box located on the left-hand side of Agreement Manager.

Cancelling Agreements

posted 10 Jun 2010 10:42 by Steph S.   [ updated 10 Jun 2010 10:45 ]

We have now enhanced agreement cancellation to include documents that are both in the PUBLISHED and IN-PROGRESS statuses. Since this significantly enhances the power of this functionality, users will now require their security profile to explicitly allow access to this function This means that some users who could previously see the CANCEL AGREEMENT button will no longer be able to see this until their security profile is updated. If you need assistance enabling this security profile please contact Recombo Support at http://recombo.com/support/.

Your Feedback Matters

Thank you all for the fantastic client feedback you've been providing us. It is thanks to your suggestions and comments that we are able to continue to improve Agreement Express and keep advancing the most powerfull Digital Agreement Management Platform in the cloud.

You can now select a larger font size on the sign-in screen to make it easier for those of you using high resolution monitors. In addition you will see we changed "publish" to "Send an Agreement" to make it more intuitive for new users. You'll also now find that you can access Salesforce.com documents directly from Agreement Manager so that you can send documents and templates you may be storing there.

One more tip. If you want to edit a field in the grid in Agreement Manager, we've made that a double click now because some of you were reporting that you were accidentally activating editing when you were selecting a row.

Resending Documents

posted 5 Jan 2010 10:12 by Mike Gardner   [ updated 5 Jan 2010 10:40 by Mike Christie ]

There are now more ways for you to resend agreements to people. To resend an agreement to someone, select the agreement in Agreement Manager and click RESEND from the menu bar at the bottom. You will then have the option to select the person(s) you want to resend the agreement too.

If you just want to email the agreement to the person again, select who you'd like to resend the agreement to and hit RESEND.

If the person is in person with you, or if they are having trouble receiving your email, you can send the person to the URL provided and provide them with their personal launch code. Alternatively you can select the person and press Open To Sign and the agreement will open at your computer ready to be signed by the person you chose.

Did You Know? - Email Clients

posted 18 Dec 2009 08:41 by Steph S.

Did you know that some email clients remove all links in emails for security purposes? If you have customers reporting getting an email with no links to click, then their email client is most likely the culprit.

To that end, we have set up a way to direct your customers to their document without having to call us. If you select the agreement and click on the Resend button, you will be prompted with two options: one to simply resent the document like before and one to provide a short link and 5 digit number to your customer so that they can access the document. Once your customer has gone to the link, they simply enter in their email address and the 5 digit number and they will be taken to their document to view and sign.

*This 5 digit number is randomly generated and expires after approx. 30 minutes for security reasons.*

Save as Draft

posted 30 Nov 2009 16:33 by Mike Christie   [ updated 16 Dec 2009 13:48 by Dave Jung ]

The save as draft feature allows publisher and recipients of agreements to save progress made in an agreement without having to finish their work. Publishers can save a partially published agreement using the new 'SAVE DRAFT' toolbar button. Draft agreements will show in Agreement Manager with a 'draft' status.

For recipients of an agreement the new toolbar button 'SAVE DRAFT' will allow the user to save progress made to updating form data within an agreement. The recipient can close the saved agreement and later complete it using their agreement link they received via email.
