If you
would like an excel copy of the results of searches or agreements listed in
folders, you can use the export to CSV file feature. This report does not allow
you to customize the data being displayed.
This report
contains the following fields:

in a package as well as the over-all package is assigned an ID) |

name of file uploaded |

signing status of agreement |
| Company |
what company the agreement was published under |

who sent the agreement |

who needs to sign or has signed the agreement |

date the agreement was created |
| Last Accessed |
the last date the agreement was accessed |
| Has Addendum |
this is for retired functionality that has since been replaced with
document packages |
| Parent ID |
if document is part of a package, this will show the long ID of the
over-all package |
| Multipart |
displays whether the agreement is a document package or not |
| Rate |
This field is no longer used |
| Term |
This field is no longer used |
| Asset |
This field is no longer used |
| Region |
This field is no longer used |
| Value |
This field is no longer used |
This report can be run on any folder or for any
search results. Simply select the agreements you would like to include in the
report and click the excel icon at the
bottom of the screen. A progress bar
will appear as Agreement Express prepares the report. Once your report is
ready, a download button will show. |
