Download Data

Download Data allows you to pull an excel report showing any information that has been entered into fields for the selected agreements. The selected agreements do not need to contain the same fields; when preparing the report the system will simply group similar agreements and add new headers when needed. These headers will show the field names so it is recommended you give each field a meaningful name.  

This report can be run on any folder or search result. Simply select the agreements you would like to include in the report (you can use the checkbox in the header to select the entire page) and click the icon with a folder and floppy disk at the bottom of the screen. A progress bar will appear as Agreement Express prepares the report. Once your report is ready, a download button will show.
