Changing Your Settings

The settings panel allows you to change your password and security question as well as link your Salesforce account and download the Outlook 2003 plug-in. This panel also provide a link to our support page in case you have any questions. These tabs do not display your current information for security purposes.

Change Your Password

When you initially open the settings panel, the first tab you see allows you to change your password. To change your password, you simply fill out all the fields and click the submit button.

Change Your Security Question

The second tab in the settings panel will let you set a new security question or a new answer to your existing security question. A security question allows you to retrieve your password if you are having problems. From the login prompt, clicking the forgot password button which will ask you the security question you setup. After answering, you will be emailed your current password. The security question answer is case-sensitive so if your answer is not working, try capitalizing a letter.

To change your security question, you need to enter your current password then select your security question and answer before clicking the submit button.

Salesforce

If you have a Salesforce account, you can enter in your login information to link your account with your Agreement Express account. Please make sure that your company is setup for integration with Salesforce before entering your login information.
