Adding Signatures

At least one signature must be added to every agreement. Like with adding fields, signatures can be dragged and dropped from the Form Toolbar to anywhere on the agreement. There are three types of signatures to choose from:


Full - This signature type will display the signer's first and last name after the correct password has been entered.


Initial - This will only display the first letter of the signer's first and last name after the correct password has been entered. Initial signatures must be accompanied by at least one full or review signature.


Review - This signature type will not require the signer to enter in their password and will display similar to the full signature.

Standard signatures are used when there is a specific person or persons that the agreement needs to be sent to. The different signatures available for use are:

Placeholders - These are used when creating templates
Portal/Generic - Lets you create a web form that anyone can sign
Department - Allows anyone within a specified group to sign
