Adding Comments

While the notes field simply stores one message, the comments field stores multiple messages, dating and recording the author of each one. This allows you to keep a history of work being done on each agreement. Comments can be on any document in a package. Viewing the comments on the parent document will display all comments for the agreement while individual documents only show its own comments.

To view the comments for an agreement, click the three dots (...) in the agreement list. Bolded dots (...) indicate existing comments. Once you have opened the comments panel you will be able to view all current comments and add/modify/delete (depending on access level). By default, everyone can add new comments only.



Adding a Comment

Once the comments panel is opened, click on New or the empty comment field and enter your message. Once you click on Save, the comment will be displayed
in the grid.


Modifying a Comment*

Clicking on any comment in the grid will display the full message in the Comment field below. To modify a comment, simply edit the text in the comment field and click on Save.


Deleting a Comment*

To delete a comment, select the comment and click on Delete.
