Agreement Express allows the functionality to add checkboxes and radio buttons to your agreements. Currently radio buttons can only be added through the Agreement Express Connector but checkboxes can be added right within the agreement manager as well.

From within the agreement manager, checkboxes can simply be dragged and dropped like a text field. Checkboxes can also be re-sized, made required etc. through the options menu of each checkbox. To access the option menu, select the checkbox and click the wrench icon on the form toolbar.
