AFFIDAVIT OF TRUTH
 
A) I write this Affidavit of the governance of Law, under United Nations, U.S. Code, and human rights enforcement, including the banning of weapons of warfare, the banning of V2k devises,  an end to criminal, repeated, malicious, lawless, income lynching and executions, an end to lawless surveillances and an end to deadly, inhumane, diabolical, unauthorized, human experimentations.  I seek immediate, emergency and required lawful enforcement of public protections stopping documented, continued organized deadly crimes inflicted on me as noted below. 
 
B) I, me, _________________am competent to state the matters set forth herewith.
 
C) I, me, _______________ have first hand knowledge and experience of the Facts stated herein.
 
D) All the Facts stated herein are true, correct, complete, and not misleading, admissible as evidence, and if testifying, I, me, _________________shall so state:
 
E) This Truth Affidavit is presented under the authority of the Constitutional Law, The Bill of Rights, The Declaration of Human Rights, the First Amendment Rights of Freedom of Speech, Amendment IX,  The Right of Self Defense, The Right to use one’s own power to  preserve one’s own life, The right to earn a living, Amendment IV ,The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects,  Amendment XIV, The Equal Protection Clause,  Amendment XIII. Freedom from involuntary servitude etc...and the Freedom to Redress Grievances.
 
WHEREAS, the public record is the highest form of evidence, I, me, ___________________ am hereby timely creating public record by Declaration with this Verified Declaration in the Nature of this Truth Affidavit under the Original Organic laws of the Constitution  and state that:
 
1) I, ____________________, am a good standing, hardworking, God loving, competent, citizen of the United States and the State of  ________  over the age of 21 years, and declare as follows, under penalty of perjury:
 
2) I conduct life and myself in obedience to my Creator and have respect for rules of lawful authority.
 
3) I write this affidavit to document crimes against humanity and hate crime administrations that have been criminally enforced on me for years. I have been a victim of these crimes for ________ years.

 

 

 

 

 

Under United Nations, Nurenberg Codes, regardless of whether persons for the sake of 'emergency' are told to commit crimes, those who commit the crimes are responsible; and herein these crimes are by Eleana Meyers, from 1995, and Arpino, with Negroponte, Chertoff, Hayden, and Cheney.

According to United Nations, and under all states and territories, all publicly documented weaponry, as disclosed as illegal is still illegal and can be used, as well as other publicly documented crimes for protection of rights under bodily harm and harm to health, well being. In this case, Meyers, and Arpino, and Negroponte, continue in assaults, daily, as threatened with crime families, and the use of persons ignorance. This weaponry as shown being used, for only racketeering and gross assaults for it, as threatened by Arpino would continue to extreme levels, under the façade of “9-11” on Susan and son, while keeping John in chemically destroyed states, or using him in their crimes, will be noted. Using persons to lock Susan up, and during all assaults, daily, and during extreme terrorist threatening, while the public documentation of all herein is in the news, and publicly available, regardless of who missed it, including massive firings of those who spoke out about their crimes; these mentioned herein are war criminals and war crimes.

Furthermore, indictments in racketeering also show that all are responsible for their crimes and that crime cannot be committed under “State Emergency”

The gross assaults and war crimes, stated herein, while all others are and have been indicted for these crimes, are by those noted.

The Meyers family, acting with attorneys, judges and other crime families in child trafficking, weapons nationwide, and internationally, with over 18 judges arrested again in 2008, Arpino threatens Susan Cameron Honaker, in 2001, that these and all racketeering crimes to attempted murder, to using state employees, continued, weapons assaults, as noted will be committed and they continue daily in these crimes, with Eleana Meyers in racketeering in the state of Delaware. They do this to Andrea Henderson, and she threatens these crimes as stated below and they continue to present, in 2009, in racketeering with judges, attorneys, with courts, attempted psych fraud, drug trials, lies, defamation, and keeping John in states of depression, chemical damage, Eleana Meyers in the racketeering, acting as 'state,' and illegally with state employees, committing these crimes, and linked to the 'VA' with Feinstein enforcing denial of care for John while illegally spying to commit the assaults as shown, and to keep John 'unconcerned' even over $7,000 in overdrafts at the bank by 2007, while she commits these crimes on Susan and son for racketeering, to commit the crimes on Susan and son.

 

 

Under United States Code, Section 18, 42; The use of public employees in crimes, while Eleana Meyers, the Meyers family, to present, has all fired, arrested, and continues in racketeering, are war crimes and federal felonies daily as they continue assaults using more employees. All herein, being held no due process, as Meyers is using all agencies, still with John D. Negroponte, all racketeering and gross assaults, are war crimes.

They deny any due process and under such circumstances, and having daily routines to follow, they attempt to destroy during this and defame; they assault to extreme levels hiding behind the façade of ‘National Security’ with these crime families, and assaults, acting as National Security and all agencies; with Eleana Meyers, and assault Susan’s son, from his birth, prior to interrogatively threatening Susan to set up these crimes to extreme levels, premeditating all of it; and by 2007, Susan having to file her ‘own’ case, under such gross weapons assaults, Eleana Meyers, with Arpino continue.

 

The crimes to present, since there were already, publicly, including Newark Mayor, ATF, DEA, CIA, assistant to the CIA, attorneys, all other agencies, FBI, firings, and arrests, even by 2003, prior to that, and by 2007, again, Eleana Meyers, and Arpino, continue, with Negroponte in National Security, firing National security agents, including Russell Tice, in their crimes and are responsible, negligent to extreme hate crimes, terrorism, with Chertoff as all agencies with these crime families as ‘Homeland Security’ and by satellites, Hayden in CIA; having the Meyers family in all agencies and private agencies, acting with Eleana Meyers and other crime families in EMP weapons, chemical and radio frequency assaults, the use of public employees in crimes and their arrests for it and gangs.

 

By the Radio Frequency Rings shown in the photos, they, Eleana Meyers, with Arpino, acting with CIA, ATF, even after mass firings, arrests of all agents, continued grossly assaulting, acting out of UD, with more Russian agents in supposed ‘nanotechnology’ and with the DOD, the frequency, delivering chemicals, or hitting the body with high powered assaults of Radio Frequency, popping, microwave cooking of the body to extreme levels, with the Energy Department; also publicly noted in fraud and indictments, mass firings. They use directed ‘bug spray’ to levels of like whole bottles ‘spilling’ into the body during 2007, after Meyers calls ‘Susan’ again, after reports of their crimes from 2001.

 

The state police knowingly are used in their crimes, and their crimes were reported to Delaware State police, including attempted kidnapping; however, Eleana Meyers, in the downline of indictments in racketeering, with Arpino, even continued using agents, and police with CIA for their crimes and with drug gangs, all agencies.

 

The Energy Department, by satellite, is linked to these acting as 'all agencies' or 'Homeland Security' with real time, instant access, to DOD, ATF, DEA, CIA, NSA, FBI, and all weaponry; to radiation labs, colleges, DOD weapons, chemical warfare as Meyers is behind in this case and on Israel and premeditating hate crimes on Susan Cameron Honaker, son and family, staging Islamic hate crimes, use of 'neo-nazis,' and others in these areas with assults, in racketeering with Arpino, and Meyers in all rackteering with chemicals, radio frqeuency, nanotechnology, all being the same and as threatened by Arpino, on Susan they would continue.

 

John writes a letter and makes phone calls on Arpinos crimes, from 2001 as well, and on Eleana Meyers in 2007, with Arpino, and other phone calls to 2008, but they continue keeping John in more unconcerned' states that he already called people throughout their crimes.

 

Eleana Meyers, acting with Arpino out of the University of Delaware, as 'CIA,' and with Russian agents, gangs, gangs in the military who are used and with witnesses, with Eleana Meyers, acting behind these groups, throughout, and Eleana Meyers racketeering with judges, attorneys in Dover, continue as threatened on Susan and son after illegally moving Susan and son to Dover, have them sell their home to begin with while threatening Susan and having them move based on John's 'condition,' being 'chemical damage.' Arpino knows she and Meyers are behind the chemical crimes, and 'questions' Susan on 'chemical corporations' in Delaware making children sick, and does Susan 'speak out.' She then asks other questions before setting up hate crimes and other crimes as well, for '9-11' to hide behind the facade of 'terror wars' for their crimes of racketeering. Eleana Meyers with the Meyers family behind all racketeering and these chemicals, nanotechnology, and on friends of Susan's, and witnesses, to 2009, are continuing to use John in these states, though he calls persons over their crimes, of 'unconcern,' while committing crimes on all witnesses, to continue these crimes on Susan and son, daily using chemical assaults, radio frequency, spraying for sensors, and racketeering in lies, defamation, crimes, with judges, psychiatry, as threatened.

 

When Arpino interrogatively threatens and 'questions' Susan illegally, Eleana Meyers, with the Meyers family in all these areas, has the intentions of getting every kind of racketeering dime, by the use of ideologies; she questions Susan, "How do you think Islamists are saved?" and "What, do you think they have another god?" and "Why don't you go the Unitarian Church?"

Hate Crimes are set up throughout all other crimes being based on using ideological groups for ‘9-11’ and Meyers to act as ‘Islamic wars’ and lies on ‘Jews’ while using all hate groups in their crimes.

 

As in Israel, Meyers making money off hate crimes, radiation, and funneling money for staged Islamic wars, as herein, using neo-nazis, skin heads, gangs, in the military, as UN, as 'mercenaries' and using them in weapons, using ideological groups for getting hate crime money and in weapons areas, in nanotechnology all throughout these crimes.

 

Arpino, acting with police, CIA, ATF, the ATF flying in and out from behind her home, as she is involved in these crimes with Eleana Meyers, and to more extreme terrorism on the bodies of Susan and son, while using John in 'depressed' states, inactive in any area but buying, or taking loans he cannot remember; sets up all activity around '9-11' with Negroponte, on Susan and son using hate crimes, to be able to use hate groups, ideological nonsense and excuses for their crimes with persons. John continues even calling about his ‘depressed’ or unknown ‘states’ to 2008, from 2001 as he is denied care and Susan is the target, taking all music, educational material, taking all money via John, and slandering, defaming, so as to keep Susan if need be even from working. This was all threatened by Arpino, with Eleana Meyers in this racketeering, chemical assaults to extremes, high powered EMP weapons, and with Genovese.

 

She questions Susan on 'vaccines' and states, "Well, they (Jews) whine and they cry." and "They 'don't' have to get vaccines with court orders." She intends to use biological fraud as well, with Eleana Meyers, inducing vaccine taintings, knowing that in 1997, Susan and son, continue having Emergency Visits, her son turning pale, and the doctor discusses cutting out some parts of vaccines, but Eleana Meyers, with even arrests of all agents, and those in Dupont Hospital for Children, in bioethics, indicted, Arpino knowingly behind chemical and other microwave assaults, which she also questions Susan over and chemical corporations.

 

By 2000, Susan working at UD, continues being put into electromagnetic shock to the body, explains to John that 'something' like a frying of the brain is taking place, and there are men on one occasion at the back of the home at night near the bedroom, and other activity, as Arpino, continues in the crimes with Genovese, the CIA two doors down, unknown; in other racketeering with agents, drug gangs, the ATF, purposely set up for these drug drops and to commit these crimes herein; Arpino and Meyers pick up to extremes Susan and son vomitting of which records, Meyers in racketeering with Dr. Montone, in 2007, when Eleana Meyers calls 'Susan,' after again, more reports of their crimes, and as publicly documented, arrests also occurred, while Eleana Meyers continues in these racketeering crimes, using agents, using chemicals, hate crimes; has changed in Dupont Hospital for Children in 2007. Susan has all emergency and other visits in documentation. Susan continues during that time, as well as friends, and Andrea Henderson, who is also degreed in social services, and who is 'locked down' and her own kids taken, with Eleana Meyers behind the crimes, with Arpino. They use '9-11' and all agents, mercenaries, gangs, CIA, ATF, to continue their crimes even after arresting them throughout and others in agencies, all agencies, and doctors.

The public documentation of Mayors, Governors, chemical corporations, attorneys under them, judges indictments in racketeering with children are publicly noted and documented. The arrests of 'bioethics' frauds out of colleges, nanotechnology, radio frequency delivered bioethics fraud in use with psychiatrists indictments are also publicly documented. Over 18 judges indicted for racketeering, murder, trafficking, and Meyers in all of these areas are public documentation. Eleana Meyers with Arpino, who are acting also from 1995, during such arrests, prior to and knowingly, on Susan and son, and family, have these arrested and continue in crimes in Delaware, even though there are arrests of Dupont Hospital for Children as well in bioethics fraud, doctors, and those they are using as gangs, military. Eleana Meyers is acting in Delaware around all these persons, with Meyers in University of Delaware, Arpino and the Bruno Crime family, and continues after arrests, hiring more with her in these crimes. Over 5,000 persons are indicted during this time linked to crimes not only on Susan, son and family but others in Delaware, and the American Psychiatry Association Director as well as the Justice Department, after calling him, resigns, and Eleana Meyers, continued attemtped murder, on Susan and continues racketeering with agents at this time with the Meyers family in every single government and non-government area, around the state, and through attorneys and courts, chemical assaults, in line with Arpino, and Genovese crime families, as from 1995, and extreme terrorism on the body, using all agencies for thier crimes as threatened.

 

John writes a letter on their attempted kidnapping, as after Arpino threatens Susan in person ove two hours to continue these crimes with Eleana Meyers, with the Meyers family.

 

Federal felonies in the state of Delaware also including using state employees and any other persons for their crimes.

They use John to make an 'emergency' move based again, because John has what is documented as a 'chemical mix-up' in his blood by his doctor. This is only when under threats to life, Susan must make this ‘emergency’ move to Dover. They use John throughout, to 'sit' and watch television even while causing over $7,000 in overdrafts, and call him at work to take and pay for 'cash advances' during the commission of their crimes, keeping Susan and son, daily assaulted. His dentist notes that he has signs of ‘chemotherapy patient’ in 1999, prior to Arpino, with Meyers, premeditating attacking Susan to take all via John, and to commit such assaults on Susan and son.

 

They begin in 2001, by having Newman take Susan’s books, and publicly 'shout' Susan down in staged home school groups as 'There's so much 'hate' in the world!" and only continue saying this while Arpino and Meyers use hate groups as threatened, skinheads in the military and gangs on Susan and son.

 

They take Susan’s books, educational information, theory by spying, as shown, assaulting with radio frequency on Susan and son to the present time; and use John in 'depression' while using John even further in chemical states to 'lose' the money, to spend all savings, not known. They take a ten year plan, financial, and a book to be patented on Cash Flow, not released in public. They take all educational theory and study from Susan, and they have John add each week to those things he 'isn't' accomplishing or getting done. They have John make messes, while each day he 'ignores' the family and 'sits' as documented in front of the television, to 2008, where in December, they have Susan illegally cuffed, defamation, false documentation, again, and listen to classes or groups on 'not watching television' and 'depression' ignoring over 15 years of John claiming he doesn't know what his problem is as they take over 300,000 and force Susan in 2007, near death to sign for these loans to 'cover' what John took out; all while they continue, Eleana Meyers in these crimes, deadly assaults, and nonstop interference on Susan and son with electromagnetic weaponry, racketeering daily.  Arpino in interrogative threats, and using weapons assaults, putting the brain into electromagnetic shock, and continuing from 2001, with Eleana Meyers, the Meyers family, in this racketeering, threatens that at any cost, they will commit these crimes, and do it, as they do; even though Susan does for the family they have John make more 'suggestions' when in fact John is kept in chemical states of 'only' watching television and they must make another 'move' this being the reasons and their crimes, with drug cartel in Newark being the reason for the move to begin with.

From 2001, NSA spying, which is herein the same in crimes, is publicly noted daily in the news and on television, including Russell Tice, who is fired, and massive firings and retaliations in all agencies for these ongoing war crimes.

Eleana Meyers with Arpino, will be listed with Meyers as international crime, war crimes, gross crimes to present;

From 2001, to present, without due process, Eleana Meyers, in racketeering, and to present, in 2009, still in racketeering, and these crimes, will be listed in a court case, since the reports of their crimes took place, and with Delaware state police, and in 2008, the police officer who illegally takes Susan to Kent General, by ongoing orders, as he states, and by crimes inflicted by Arpino and Meyers, continue based on their crimes; the police having reports of their attempted kidnapping, and interrogative threats by Arpino, but all agencies, they using employees, having been used, fired, arrested from 2001; illegally or illegally still using; in any case, without due prcoess of proceedings, or complaints, because of their crimes nonstop; they will be publicly listed as war criminals in these crimes, and in the courts.

 

Under United Nations and United States Codes; Anyone who uses, in racketeering, judges, attorneys, chemical warfare, agents, DOD, FBI, CIA, ATF, as in this case, college personnel, Mayors, Governors, all being indicted; under United Nations, and publicly documented in the U.S.; those using them or committing the crimes are liable; and in this case it is Eleana Meyers, still in crime, after indictments, with Arpinio, still using UD, college faclitliies, with Arpino in crime, Arpino, living outside Smyrna as well, with other crime families, and Meyers in all agencies, medcial, weapons, DOD, ATF, CIA, NSA, with Negroponte, Chertoff as 'Homeland Security.' The arrests nationwide, with Meyers acting through all these areas is listed in the documentation, while Eleana Meyers, continues daily in racketeering in the state of Delaware, with assaults on Susan and son and family.

John formerly worked as military intel, NSA, Navy Seal, in Vietnam, in other wars, in Viesquez, Puerto Rico, there was, publicly documented, radiation, chemicals also used on the Navy men; John worked at the Pentagon, in other areas, and Eleana Meyers, with Arpino determine they are going to keep John in these chemical states, which are not determined as such until threatening Susan and causing an electromagnetic weapons injury, forcing Susan into a move to Dover. John also worked at SUBLANT, and was used to major management. During the commission of their racketeering, gross assaults, which increase, they watch John, state his condition of memory loss, only knowing or going to what is in front of him next. Arpino threatens Susan to use John and they do during the commission of these crimes daily on Susan and son by Eleana Meyers, Arpino. Eleana Meyers is still in these crimes with Arpino daily and Arpino, when interrogatively threatening Susan and putting Susan into shock, terrorizing in trauma over it, though Susan does 'all' for the family, still, and her son, and all activity, as they keep John nonsocial for their crimes on Susan and son; and they continue using John in these states, and fabricating these things on Susan. Meyers even asks Susan, "What do you do?" when they get Susan and son near death, in Dover, and have John, nonsocial, only watching television, four years, but only buying or eating out, with the exception of seeing family.

 

Susan has letters on their crimes, discussions, and letters to John in 2003, prior to what is supposed to be a temporary move' to Dover, based again, on John's 'problem,' while the defame, threaten, use more weapons on Susan, and son, regarding their crimes and not wanting to be in a place where there are not many around, because of the crimes taking place; along with letters from John on their crimes even though they force John into more unconcerned states since he did make calls, claiming 'they'll stop' and he is not there daily being the victim of these high powered assaults, but contrary, kept in unconcerned and negligent states over anything.

 

 

 

This is done in Israel as well throughout the 'war' on Israeli families most people not hearing of it.

 

 

 

Susan Cameron Honaker spent years studying on her own and at schools. She is educated in psychiatry, aging, child psychiatry, prior to 1500 and from 1500 to present; studied art and graduated in art; studied and does her own studies in mathematics, statistics, medical statistics, business management, History, history of education, educational theory, as per above what is 'taught,' and Eleana Meyers with Arpino, Arpino also stating, prior to more extreme warfare, "Do you consider yourself to be an intellectual?"  They continue taking all work, during grosser and grosser assaults, leading to more actions on Susan, crimes as threatened in person over two hours by Arpino. Yet, Arpino and Meyers, as threatened in person by Arpino, are behind the grossest assaults, to get crime money, with Meyers illegally acting through all agencies, government and linked to nongovernmental, chemicals; stupid hate crimes, defamation, and using those who are not educated for their crimes, while committing assaults on all others. John D. Negroponte, is negligible in these crimes, with Hayden, in National Security, CIA, with racketeering and bribery enmasse for it with Meyers. By 2001, they use John to 'suggest' that he might get rid of his 'problem' by 'moving' and they continue in crimes, as threatened by Arpino. To present, 2009, each day are crimes continued without due process or rights.

 

After racketeering indictments of judges, attorneys in mortgage, those in bioethics fraud, including doctors, those in administration of hospitals and on elderly, children, Dupont Hospital for Children, notices of bioethics fraud, held up by these herein; indictments of NSA, CIA, FBI agents, college directors and professors, those in labs, radiation labs, biochemical and pharmaceutical, psychiatry in Delaware and nationwide; military intelligence, and using military intelligence and CIA for kidnappings and through state agencies;

 

Meyers is acting through all courts, through social services, in colleges, labs, radiation, 'biotechnology,' nationwide;

 

Meyers is also behind pharmaceutical indictments, psychiatry drug trials, vaccine tainting, relative to this case as Arpino threatens Susan for being 'Jewish' and to get every last dime in fraud and these crimes on the body as shown. This was threatened to be committed by Arpino as they do herein.

Chertoff with these families as ‘Homeland Security’ using all agents, agencies, and arresting the agents, firing them enmasse, and illegally using them in crime; Negroponte, as National Security, and as all agencies are allowing crime to increase and these crime families through all agencies knowingly, and Negroponte, was involved and is involved with Arpino, and Eleana Meyers in these crimes as right prior to Eleana Meyers, committing more crimes, they fired all National Security agents who spoke up about serious abuses, including on the agents themselves.

 

All as stated above, being used, already in this case from 1995 to 2001; the indictments bearing witness, and then after Arpino threatens to commit these crimes, and denying due process, FOIA, any rights, law, to present, 2009, with Meyers, all above, being used and indicted; while they continue using more employees of the same in crime to present, as shown.

Eleana Meyers and Arpino behind microwave to serious bioethics, attempted kidnapping, religious assaults to present, threats, terrorism; from 1995 which ARpino 'questioned' Susan Cameron on in 2001 and Eleana Meyers, acting illegally as 'state' employee, with the Meyers family in Energy Weapons assaults, bioethics fraud, attempted kidnapping, with Arpino and acting as 'all agencies' to 2009.

 

Arpino intended and as documented, all throughout, to keep John in chemically damaged states, Meyers linked to the Veterans Affairs, Veterans services, with Feinstein; and take all via John, using John, from susan, to put her out of work, to continue throughout, to move Susan to where she would not be, for these crimes, to trash, slander, defame, while stealing all educational, intellectual material, plans, illegal surveillance for the crimes, by the two, while using such gross assaults, weapons, and threats; while each day Susan painstakenly, planned, scheduled, read to her son, they fabricated lies as 'National Security' during these attacks and used drug dealers in their crimes.

 

As Andrea Henderson stated to Susan, During which time Arpino, also acting with the ATF, DEA, two doors down, the FBI, the police, drug dealers, from them, and at which time, they harassed Andrea and then fabricated 'bi-polar' disorder, also discussed by John, she stated that 'they' took her children, over three times, and locked her down, she having just completed honors graduation at University of Delaware; and that 'they will do it at any cost to you.' Arpino continued with Meyers to 2009 in more assaults to extremes, and by attempts at isolation, simply by these attacks on all witnesses and friends, including Amy Reed Moore, in Dover, who asked the military gangs that were shooting to stop shooting at three in the morning. Amy had her horse injured by an extreme assault, and attempts at being run off the road, during the use of these military gangs being trained to fly and the spraying. She then had an accident fraud ring bring an 'accident' on her while, claiming she hit them, while in a restaurant as the activity or gang stalking continued. At all times, Meyers was acting in racketeering and knowingly to slander, defame, extort these criminal gangs, and trash Susan, and committing the crimes on Susan’s son, and all throughout, while committing assaults of Radio Frequency, and with the Energy Department, military gangs. Arpino threatened Susan, they would keep John in these 'states' of chemical damage, including 'only' responding, by 2006, mentioning nothing of his transactions, nor any 'loan's' given him, in cash even to 2009, and 'only' sitting in front of the television; not a crime, but while they assault Susan and son and daily as Energy weapons all day, and chemicals, using John to take all from Susan and son. Eleana Meyers plannned with Arpino, as threatened, to fabricate such gross, uneducated and slanderous lies and take Susan through Social Services, as some uneducated, poor person, as she did in racketeering, having John do 'nothing,' but in fact, do all the things, while taking from Susan, all intellectual work, all activity, using JOhn to 'sit' daily, to be anti-social but only with family once in a while, while Eleana Meyers, fabricated lies of Susan and John with the doctor of 'inactivity' and had them given 'walking meters.' She then asked, 'What do you do?" Eleana Meyers was with another woman in a white van, firings of CIA, NSA, FBI, took place, waving 'papers' at Susan when on one occasion 'having' no choice but to stop at McDonalds, for example, while they had John and still do, only continue buying out and buying. All crimes were and are documented, photos, of these 'opposite' lies on Susan while taking all, and using John, assaults on Suasn and son, Meyers getting the money after arrests. This is what Arpino threatened, and each week, while Susan taught, read to, attempted outside activity, they used John in their crimes to do what they were going to take. Eleana Meyers 'questions' Susan and son on what 'John' does, not even crimes, but they committing the crimes. They take all money via John, who 'cannot remember,' and daily Susan's financial plans, agendas, during this 'National Security preemptive strike' and Cheney's 'Mercenaries,' meaning 'gangs' brought in under FISA, and drug gangs, as from the time Arpino interrogatively threatened Susan to do so.

Meyers, like the Manson Ranch murders, owned that ranch and acts behind 'religious' assaults as herein illegally and with bioethics frauds, every other fraud, as elementary nature, gross assaults as 'Christian' and then 'Satanic' or whatever gross crimes they can get which makes hate crime money, relevant to this case; supposed 'satanic ritual' on an elementary, illogical level. They also use 'CIA' in this formation and with other agencies.

From 1995 to 1999

 

The Meyers family, Arpino, had invested interest in chemical warfare, supposed 'human study,' acting as 'CIA' after the trial on Ewan Cameron, who also worked with CIA, and with Edgewood Arsenal, nationwide, in Canada and with Russian agents, as they are.

The Crimes herein, are added to each month, in racketeering, to extreme terrorism, with arrests while Arpino, Meyers, continue to 2009, in these crimes.

 

All crimes herein, with Eleana Meyers in direct coordination in racketeering and extreme assaults on Susan and son.

 

Arpino, was involved in religious, chemical, radio frequency, and bioethics frauds on Susan Cameron, and questioned Susan on all of Arpinos own crimes by 2001, prior to 9-11, setting up terrorism and total racketeering with those stated above; attempted kidnapping, kidnapping through state agencies with Meyers if needed, with the courts, lies, psychiatric fraud, all threatened by Arpino, in person, over two hours of interrogative threats, while all were indicted who were used as they both continued in these crimes to present.

 

Preparing to continue assaults to extremes in racketeering with Eleana Meyers and Meyers in all agencies, with Arpino also acting out of UD, and as nanotech, as CIA, with crime families:

 

 

Arpino threateningly intimated to Susan, while son sat in the background at her home, going over as 'neighbor' that Susan would be taken, that 'they' (the CIA) would be taking people on trains, and by way of empty buildings or stores shut down, to prisons (which Cheney was handed down indictments and in which Cheney later to be found has investments).

 

Arpino asked, "What do you have against Masons?" and "How do you think Islamists are saved?" and "I hate Jews!" she stated. When asked 'Why?" she stated, "Well, you know, they whine and they cry." "About what?" "About everything." Threatening and setting up hate crimes on Susan, Susans grandmother being relatives for over centuries to Queen Elizabeth directly and Israelis prior to other wars in England.

She intended, as done, to use persons who hate Jews, who believe elementary or are told elementary ideas of 'Jews' and to 2009, continues with weaons assaults with Eleana Meyers in these crimes and Negroponte, Chertoff, Hayden, none of who are Jewish. Lawsuits came about agaisnt the CIA for firing real Jewish employees, and the 'new laws' for allowing religious discrimination under Clinton, targeted "Jews" since, they are continuing a weapons war between Israel and Palestine, blamed on Jews, who are not those profiting, but the same crimes herein taking place.

Arpino knew she was behind the vomiting, chemical assaults prior, which were not yet, to extremes, frauds, from 1995, including elementary assaults during sleep which could not, as well as the vomiting to over 5 feet, both Susan and son, having to make Emergency Visits to the hospital;

she asked "Why can't you go to the Unitarian Church?" There are sleep interference by weapons, which only Meyers, Arpino, would know about, and places used in this interference, even while they used agents; such as homes used. Meyers mentions only her own crimes when calling Susan in 2007 even though they used other persons and Negroponte, is also negligent, along with Chertoff, 'homeland security' under which disguise, with the assaults, to extreme terrorism, Meyers continued with Arpino.

 

About maybe one week after Arpino setting up, illegally, 'questioning' of Susan with son, they attempted kidnapping, with one drug dealer, person acting with Arpino, with the police, ATF, DEA, CIA, all of who were arrested, later, and those as the 'drug dealer' with BFI employees. A many with a silver, new, Dodge truck, pulled down the street, turned to get Susan’s attention, up in front of the home, and then up to where her son was on his tricycle, big wheel, and then attempted to get out to take him as Susan ran up to get him.

 

Under supposed '9-11' behind the facade of 'Homeland Security,' along with increasing bioethics fraud, chemicals to present, wires in the body, Arpino, with Meyers, continued, with Chertoff, using gangs, all the same; CIA, NSA, FBI, ATF, DEA, as 'Homeland' but while using such weapons and using the actual threats of religious assaults, of taking her son over and over, of any type of traumatizing; while actually telling the agents other or just having hate gangs commit crimes, stalking, and with Eleana Meyers. There was no disclosure, for instance, of using 'neighborhood' watch. Yet, in 1999, to after 2001, Arpino, with crime failies and Meyers, continued in crimes, and even attempted theft of personal property, having people pull up in cars taking items, bicycles of which Susans other neighbor ran off. There was no mention of Cheney using 'NSA' as 'Spying' and Meyers and Arpino are acting as 'all agencies' with Negroponte, Chertoff, Hayden, Cheney. They simply had police' some of which are the crime families, pull up, slam on their brakes, as if to shoot. They continued with DEA, ATF, shooting using Air Force gangs, to 2009, and with gross, gross weapons, nonstop in the body, energy through the body.

 

Daily, while using agents as ‘neighborhood watch’ or drug dealers, or as ‘9-11,’ without disclosing it, and while using chemical assaults, they continue the ‘threats’ of Arpino; with Negroponte, agents testifying to their mass firings and crimes; they actually threaten at the same time to blow Susan up by 2005 and to 2006, at which time Susan called Mike Castles office and even discussed the microwave assaults with his attorney but Meyers continued assaults, with Negroponte, and denying law, rights. They continued with the activity and agents they were using as Arpinos threats, and weapons to the body, through the body, for terrorism using groups in ideological nonsense, to terrorize, and continue the threat of holocaust, of Islamic wars, of taking Susan, of attempted kidnapping, of taking Susan to private prisons, as threatened all throughout; while the administration tells a different story of ‘homeland security’ and of ‘just spying.’

 

Bubbles coming out of the mouth with the slightest breath, and popping as bubbles all through the body, as microwave, continued nonstop from 2004 to 2009, lowered in 2008 for racketeering in 'war and 'hate crimes' and on the family.

 

As well as keeping the radiation, as shown, in the photos, with Eleana Meyers directly involved in these crimes, arresting agents, gangs, using military spraying and weapons, UD, Russian agents, on the public and to extremes on Susan and son; with thousands of lawsuits in New Jersey alone, she continues; and the radiation, with the Energy Department, directing what was like 'bug spray' spilling through the body, via radio frequency for terrorizing, using the CIA, gangs, gangs as CIA, hate and ideological groups 'ordered' to commit such assaults and to present, with Genovese crime family. Radiation keeping vision unclear, trauma to the body, though Susan did nothing wrong.

The details and reports of which were all made.

 

While making fabrications each day, they continued with extreme terrorist level assaults nonstop, chemicals, but while making false 'reports' and even calling stores, by 2005, with 'security!," and using other vehicles, they actually continued the threats of attempted kidnapping, of blowing up Susan, and son, over and over, replaying this and traumatizing;

 

Arpino, with Meyers, using energy assaults, energy weapons, military, UD, chemicals, microwave weapons, all being the same, GPS tracking, linked to satellites, with agents, agencies, and police, ran these bioethics frauds, with drug gangs, as the indictments took place from 1995, to 2001, two doors, down, along with Arpino linked to the Bruno Crime family, and Genovese, running drugs with BFI Trash company; Arpino, acting herself in these crimes like a buzzard, scarfing up on what is left for crime money.

Susan's neighbor, Henderson, during the time, they are running the ATF, DEA, with the CIA, two doors, down is also stalked, threatened, intimidated, and her children taken, fabrications of her having 'bi-polar disorder.' Susan's babysitter, at which times, Arpino is referring to in her interrogative threat, has a 'breakdown,' and at which time, even during day cares, also which Arpino mentions and questions Susan about, 'schools' since Susan and John discussed vaccines, schools, day cares;

 

Henderson, Chapman, another in Maryland, Susan’s babysitter, and to 2009, all women, are threatened, injured, so as for ‘Char’ even to be used with ‘John Honaker,’  who simply ‘responds’ as they continue in their crimes.

 

None of this would be taking place without their crimes. They commit an electromagnetic injury and harassment on Ruth Chapman, also friend of Susan, at the same time, from 1995 to after 2001, when Ruth gets 'neurosurgery' care and it is diagnosed as an electromagnetic injury. From 1995 to 2001, they use gangs, NSA, drug gangs and electromagnetic weaponry on Ruth, she having no children to racketeer with attorneys and judges, or to extort crime over. Yet, they still got money from the military, gangs, weapons on her, neurosurgery care, brain groups. Therefore, she was 'diagnosed' properly as an electromagnetic weapon. Susan, on the other hand, as threatened by Arpino, that they would take all via extortion, and via John, and by defamation to commit the crimes, assaults even while Susan already had, also an electromagnetic brain injury. Arpino, the same, from 1995, continued in these crimes with electromagnetic weapons, to extreme assaults, to that of being like under 25 feet of water, chemicals spilling through the body by 2004, nonstop, for the money, using these gangs under Cheney and crime families, EMP weapons. The crimes are continued since Susan would not have moved, would not have moved to Dover, and they have a home cancellation with money already down, while the homes were and did still sell, in Milford. She used the electromagnetic weaponry, and knowingly was behind religious assaults, or attempted 'microwave radiation' for religious hate crimes and movements, and this is why she asks Susan every kind of 'religious' question, as she sets up hate crimes, after already using these weapons for 'Christian' assaults.

 

This was noted in the case of John St. Clair Akwai VS. NSA, regarding 'dialing up' persons, tracking by GPS, and using 'scripts' for religion illegally combining Church and state, which is only for crime money, mass movements, groups, crowds, religious wars. Also known as 'crowd control weaponry' or 'stereodrome microwave' or 'Star Wars Weapons.' Arpino continued these assaults, even during sleep, with other CIA and military persons as they did to more extremes by 2004 to 2009 like all other elementary criminal acts while taking all educational material, money, plans, agendas, committed assaults, on Susan and son.

 

John made phone calls all throughout, and even at the time of Arpino's interrogative threats, while they increased such assaults on Susan to inflict these crimes, and using John in chemical states to continued 'suggesting' to do something else, including the 'temporary' move to Dover, based on their crimes, and his total inactivity, unable to buy a home by such disruption and that as well.

The indictments, even of one day care Susan took her son to, is public documentation; massive day care indictments, and not only that; but Susan calls the state social agencies, for references, and the attorney generals office. Rude treatment and leaving one child at a restaurant at this one. Mass arrests and the arrests at one day care take place. Either way, they target Susan and son for ‘Do you consider yourself to be an intellectual?” as Arpino put it. Yet, they are going to defame, racketeering on Susan as a stupid, poor, uneducated, and daily use ‘homeland security’ and even with Eleana Meyers, in activity with Arpino, having agents get on their cell phones under ‘9-11’ and terror wars, while traumatizing, threatening, to call ‘security.’ They use John who cannot manage his money in their crimes to move, to take all from Susan and son and commit gross assaults on Susan, all under threats to life.

 

Arpino threatens Susan that if all else fails, they will use fabrications of 'psychiatry' and have already set it up. "Awwwwwww. You must have had a b...a....d........p...a....s....t!"

She then stated, "I've been researching this 'stuff' for over 25 years," knowing that she is involved in these bioethics, and other fraud and crimes, microwave assaults and illegally with Meyers acting through all agencies and as "CIA" while CIA personnel again were indicted in 2007, and at that time.

 

From 1995, to this time, Arpino, and thereafter, continued with 'witch' assaults, and sleep attacks by weapons, to more and more extremes, with Negroponte responsible for national security, as shown, aerial assaults, attacks, gangs as military, and the wires and chemical attacks. They disseminate lies in the media, also with Meyers buyouts of media, that all groups and criminals are 'jewish' and that witches are Jewish, and that all 'ism's' or philosophies are 'Jewish' and that the war money is profitted by "Jews." Not so. If Jews were retarded or elementary, and ran stupid elementary hate crimes, they would not be 'Jews.' If the world were Jewish run, then there would be a human system of intelligence other than 6,000 years of crime and indictments. All lineage of those marrying into Israeli families, and those who are making the money can be seen and they are not Jewish.

 

Arpino noted that Susan was an 'intellectual' and set it up so that while each month, with Feinstein, in Veterans affairs, they also overlistened, with Negroponte (VA services were indicted nationwide for ethics fraud), illegallly, terrorizing, and denying John Honaker care at the VA, or the VA services, John claiming he had 'depression' or 'something wrong' and this verified over and again by his dentist as 'chemicals,' in 2003, December, by Dr. Hill as a 'chemical imbalance' but which gets worse each month to 2009. Arpino, knowing, with Meyers, and preparing to commit these crimes, to get racketeering money, decide they are going to faricate lies on Susan for whatever they see that John medically has and to present in 2009, they do while committing such crimes to be able to steal from the family all, including illgeally using NSA as spying for financial information and keeping John in chemically destroyed states while committing such crimes on Susan and son. Arpino stated, "Do you consider yourself to be an intellectual?" while threatening that Susan would be taken to or possible taken by the [CIA] to private facilities. This is a criminal, near retarded person, illegally, with Eleana Meyers in crimes to extreme terrorist levels, and on the body, with all Meyers family making money by all frauds, and Meyers acting as 'state.'

 

They intended to use, and did, John in any form and incapacity, to constantly make suggestions, including on daycares, which he no longer has memory of, while fabricating lies, either way and attacking Susan, making suggestions to 'go to church' since he has no social activity; that is until 2009 and only 'spontaneous' decisions to go to the store, while they take over three fourths in loans from Johns paycheck, without Susan knowing, and while near death, Eleana Meyers threatens, with crimes again with Gill, to commit psychiatric fraud on Susan and at which time Susan has to go sign to cover loans, illegally, not known and still not disclosed as 'cash advances' to John at work, which he has no memory of. They intend to use John to suggest 'moving away' from the drug dealers two doors down which Arpino is acting with in conjunction with Meyers and all agencies, and bioethics fraud, threats; to move from Newark, at which time Arpino, when this discussion on moving takes place, and which had, and discussions on the schools, ARpino 'questions' Susan over. She questions' Susan on 'vaccines' stating 'Jewish don't get vaccines' because Susan and John, with their original doctor, had taken out part of the vaccines for having to take their son to the hospital for turning pale, after presumably getting vaccines. Arpino knew she was involved in the crimes, and so does/did Eleana Meyers as weapons assaults. From 1995, Arpino, with Negroponte, and Meyers continue their religious assaults and the weapons to 2009, attacks either way; while John, no longer mentions, discusses, but only has 'responses' to no further action on what he states is his 'suggestion.'

Susan was questioned regarding whether she 'spoke out' and things back to 1992, when the Meyers family also bought out Times Heralds across the country and Susan worked at a Times Herald in Maryland, where in only several months, an 'investigation' was brought and the owner had over six million dollars taken out in his name, identity theft, and the paper was then bought. Eleana Meyers, and the Meyers family, along with Arpino, and with Feinstein, behind all crimes, theft of all things from Susan, and including nonstop, daily weapons, via these wires and as 'Energy Department' and 'studies,' to gross terrorism, fabrications, all threatened to be done by Arpino.

 

The crimes from 2001, to 2009, daily, will be as such and are war crimes, as on Susan and son by extreme terrorism, and federal felonies by Eleana Meyers, Arpino, with those they acted with herein.

 

John makes phone calls over their crimes, including to police during the rental. He sees the papers claiming, 'Your bank account is linked to terrorism' which Meyers is behind perpetrating, along with all other crime with Arpino; those used in mail fraud, in activity indicted. He knows and sees the helicopters from the helipad from behind Arpinos home, are committing acts and makes statements. He sees the cars. Susan is followed even to the bank and all work, financial planning, educational work, daily, taken to commit these crimes.

 

In the rental and to 2009, they continued increasing such assaults, and overlapping trauma and nightmares of their activity, shooting, using persons for whatever reason, including ATF agents, as they did in Newark, when one boy complained at the home of Susan of a man pulling a gun out in the woods during which time, Arpino, with the ATF, CIA, DEA, was in activity, and they also attempted kidnapping on this boys younger siblings, but he with his mother watching pulled the baby back from the car.

 

The more their crimes are discussed, each day, week, or phone calls are made, the more intense they commit the crimes, with Eleana Meyers herself, acting as 'FBI' on one occasion, and with another woman, under extreme assaults in Dover, that woman appearing to later be Meyers with 'Gill.'

After deciding to move, and during each part, including the sale of the home and moving to a rental, they pick up these assaults, threats, and by fabrications over 'home schooling' while threatening, and using weapons, they have persons pull up constantly after '9-11' taking 'notes,' and while traumatizing, shooting continues, weapons to the body, sleep deprivation by it, trauma.

They continued with the 'threat,' of Arpino, not disclosing any 'National Security' or other, and use of ATF, helicopters, drug gangs, all later, in 2008, disclosed as 'operations' under 'Cheney' but used as threats; kept Susan in trauma, sleep deprivation and night terrors, continued shooting; using gangs as 'mercenaries' as publicly documented later as 'Cheney’s' '9-11' and 'hunt for terror cells' while using weapons assaults nonstop and chemicals, bioethics and adding to their crimes, which later they continue in and to present, 2009, with bionics in the body, wires, to continue post traumatic stress even while Susan did not one thing wrong, nor has any psychiatric disorder or anything else. They continue with microwave popping, assaults through the body by the Energy Department, Meyers in all agencies.

 

Susan Cameron Honaker, was illegally, and by supposed 'temporary' for the reasons of these crimes moved to Dover, where daily, with gangs, Eleana Meyers has acted with the CIA, drug gangs, other crime families, the courts, as threatened with Arpino, and daily out of UD, with aerial assaults and all arrested herein, as documented, including CIA agents, NSA, in 2006, and after, and with Gill as 'CIA' for these crimes.

The attacks were and are committed on Susan's son, John, each day, and the use of, while attacking all women, all friends, all witnesses, around Susan, and using John, in totally dissociative states, to only showing anger if pressed to have any concern at all, any plans, agendas, and a at home, for their crimes; this becoming more extreme, after suggestions of even moving because of this 'chemical' problem, documented by his doctor, and extreme daily, as they commit the assaults on Susan and son.

 

All work, intellectual, financial planning, savings, are taken from Susan, and while using John in these chemical states, assaulting Susan and son daily. Notes found by Susan’s son, including 'I knew you were going to experiment' on me' are found; and words from her son, daily, not coming from Susan throughout, including John noticing who is and who isn't committing crimes on them. On tape, Arpino, helicopter crimes over the car and other notes by son as they continued in this fraud and their crimes.

 

By 2007, the photos, when Eleana Meyers purposely and knowingly, obstructed more reports, calls Susan, near death, and to 2009, on occasions, the body almost shutting down with more weapons, and more chemical assaults to extremes, bug spray like, chemicals spilling through the body, overhead aerial assaults.

 

Court cases on microwave assaults came about, as they 'enforced' John, denying him care again, at the VA, and over 50 times more, a discussion on John having some memory problem, or possibly it being 'depression' or this chemical problem, while assaulting Susan and son daily; and forcing John into not even caring that he has over 7,000$ in overdrafts, no concern, keeping John in dissociated states as to why they continue their crimes as well as attempting to fabricate or grasp on to anything they can to cover up their crimes.

 

Arpino 'questions' Susan illegally, interrogatively threatens Susan, to set up '9-11' fraud and crimes on Susan, son and family, to extreme assaults on Susan and son, while John is 'at work,' in racketeering with Eleana Meyers, as crime family members, while all others are arrested and indicted; Later Meyers has the doctors in her crimes make statements as well, including 'well, does your husband work?" which Eleana Meyers mentions, along with 'Susan thinks she has 'government chip' in her head' on paper, which Susan does not even state, when she commits more crimes with Gill, in 2007, and continues attempted murder, fraud, racketeering to 2009 with judges, as all across the country, those stated herein used in this fraud and the crimes are indicted. As shown, there is an accumulation, of what would be a 'chip' on the left side of the forehead, which is constantly being 'hit' with weapons assaults, which Eleana Meyers, with Meyers in Energy, with military and Feinstein, with UD, Russian agents, CIA, NSA, continues in these crimes.

 

Arpino, and Meyers, then have Terry Newman, set up a fake 'home school' or temporary group to be dissolved, and even have Terry Newman take a book from Susan, claiming she was a 'new home schooler' in Delaware; moving after 'only' making 'hate' and other 'KKK' discussions in groups to disallow any real conversation or group just for trips so that they could continue attempts at their crimes of which they later have a home contract illegally cancelled and attempts at isolating for use of extreme weapons assaults and to continue gross crimes, including paying illegally over $1,600 a month while assaulting Susan, for a home which was a temporary move because of the crimes, and which was $780 a month.

This is still ongoing federal felonies and which because of the crimes, without due process are war crimes by Eleana Meyers and Arpino, Negroponte (NSA), Chertoff (Homeland Security), Hayden (NSA, CIA), Cheney.

 

After these threats of possibly taking Susan, and Susan already having electromagnetic shock to the body, by these weapons, vomiting, both Susan and son, hospital visits, later changed with Eleana Meyers, acting in this racketeering and crimes prior to final attempted murder and continuing in an automatic, racketeering knowing that the judges, attorneys, bioethics, anyone else can still be used and indicted; they continue with weapons and these wires in the body, and automated, constant response, weapons, from body and back to satellite, and disruption to study, life, and the taking of all things by it as threatened by Arpino.

 

Susan's friend, Ruth, has the same 'befriending' and an electromagnetic shock, but no child to threaten; finally get's care for her brain injury while Arpino sets up these crimes with Eleana Meyers, and with other crime families, acting in conjunction, but Negroponte, as "National Security" and 'Chertoff' as 'homeland security' with Cheney, in the terrorism; Meyers, with UD, Russian agents with CIA and gangs for the most part, and acting as all agencies, and all racketeering. Genovese heads the neurosurgery also in Missouri where Ruth gets brain injury care for electromagnetic injury as Arpino, and Meyers set up extreme terrorism on Susan and family.

 

They are using what is supposedly 'study' for robotics, for those who cannot use limbs, or have vision, to commit extreme assaults, tracking, with Eleana Meyers in these crimes. The wires are in constant, direct coordination, with tracking, GPS, satellites, as they used real-time, gross, multiple assaults by chemicals, and extreme terrorist level threats, sleep deprivation by all of it, using weapons during sleep to extremes, microwave popping through the body, energy and nerve agents to the body via these wires and other weapons all at the same time by 2005, and by calling 'terrorist tips' hotlines, fabricating lies on the Plaintiff, Susan, and using all agents, agencies, making falsified phone calls and investigatory lies. The body is put through daily, extreme trauma, one week to the next, and they know they are doing it and even increase such weapons assaults with Negroponte, from 2005, to November, 2009 to extort such crime money with the agents, for hate crimes, and all herein. Eleana Meyers, as Arpino threatened, after such gross crimes, simply continued to present, as shown in the photos, with her fabrications because it makes money in racketeering in the courts and all other areas.

Arpino questioned Susan after from 1995, to 1999, she continued with elementary assaults with weapons, chemicals; questioned Susan on 'chemical corporations in Delaware' which she and Eleana Meyers are behind every crime herein.

From 2004,

They use more self-building, bio-wires, accumulating in the body, extreme abuse, weapons assaults, chemicals, during which time, FBI, CIA, gangs, police, all used were indicted; pharmaceutical CEO's, doctors, Justice Department and Meyers is directly involved in these crimes, as notices, letters go to the FBI, Police and others.

Eleana Meyers, in racketeering in 2007, while Susan and son are near death, works to have medical records changed and while Susan makes another complaint of being near death, and their crimes, Eleana Meyers, just as John Honaker, makes statements, acts on those statements, and calls Susan, claiming to have gotten an 'anonymous' call and commits more crimes, knowing that Susan is and states, with husband, of the letters, phone calls to FBI, to police on these crimes.

Eleana Meyers follows through with more crimes while near death in 2007, and to 2009, as threatened and ongoing by she and Arpino:

Still due process has not occured and these are war crimes. From 2001, Susan not only reported these crimes to Delaware state police, Kaganovich, and some involved with the ATF, DEA, in Newark, and went to the police station, and John in the rental called police regarding a supposed 'police' officer sitting outside the home; a daily occurance of drug gangs acting as police, and others in crime. Because of the terrorism by Arpino, with Eleana Meyers, directly responsble and involved in these crimes, even hiring new agents, new Russian agents, CIA, while news was disseminated on bioethics and psychiatry arrests again, firings of Justice Department, agencies where Susan called again in 2005, 2006, 2007; because of these wires, the radiation, chemical assaults; due process, for the crimes was upheld and still ongoing by those mentioned as the perepetrators herein:

 

 

Under United Nations, Nurenberg Codes, regardless of whether persons for the sake of 'emergency' are told to commit crimes, those who commmit the crimes are responsible; and herein these crimes are by Eleana Meyers, from 1995, and Arpino, with Negroponte, Chertoff, Hayden, Cheney.

Each day, over 2900 days of nonstop bioethics, assaults, fraud, overlapping racketeering by Eleana Meyers, with Arpino, are federal felonies, ongoing without due process, even threats, when Susan went to or attempted to go to attorneys, Eleana Meyers, in 2007, knowing of the crimes, and with papers at an attorney commits more crimes to present. Threats to terrorist levels, by Eleana Meyers, in racketeering, with Negroponte, Chertoff, total satellite, with these wires, nano-fraud, assaults, even upon going to a court house, and incapacitating physically by chemical and Radiation to over 150 times, nonstop through the body as if the energy from an industrial fan is running through the body, and with nerve agents, and most like being under 25 feet of water. Over 4500 days total from 1995.

Since judges, many in Delaware, and others can be re-hired, they continue in crime. Over 18 judges in 2008, for racketeering, with children, deals on children, upholding these crimes herein; attorneys again, for the mortgage fraud, attorneys for mail fraud, CIA, FBI, ATF, are indicted and newly hired, or some not yet, Eleana Meyers has continued with Negroponte in the same crimes, and in racketeering using those as stated.

 

During this time, as Susan watched, traumatized over threatened holocaust, and all things such as Israeli news, they would hit the body harder with weapons, assault, using more nerve agents to get their 'Islamic' war. Over all and any discussions, any activity, they used weapons assaults for traumatizing, terrorizing and racketeering money.

 

Meyers, acting with UD, Russian agents, even after former arrests of CIA, Russian agents, and notices of University of Delaware and all others, and arrests in bioethics fraud.

 

From 2004, with military gangs, who were asked to stop shooting by other neighbors, and with attacks on other neighbors, with gangs, Eleana Meyers to 2009, is still fraudulently acting behind the scenes in these crimes.

 

Nonstop, weapons, energy through the body in conjunction with the Energy Department, military weapons, in Dover, as planned by this illegal move, chemicals spilling through the body, spying, use of agents, over and over again, disruption, threats to fabricate lies, racketeering in psych fraud if necessary to get that money, racketeereing in money fraud with loans, continues by Eleana Meyers, with the courts, judges, attorneys, Negroponte, weapons assaults, chemicals as shown in the photos, nonstop Radio frequency and illegal spying as 'NSA spying.' and all agencies, all crimes herein by Eleana Meyers with the Meyers fcamily as all agencies, with Negroponte.

 

Court cases, including on all seen herein, took place, and including chemical usage as these crimes became more extreme and which Eleana Meyers herself, with Meyers in public notices, of using gangs in military and as noted publicly, and in photos used on Susan and son, and family.

These stated herein and all agencies, used as 'National Security' and spying, is publicly documented.

 

The wires as shown in the body and in investigative, thermal imaging, are as documented and released in military weapons usage with the wires, the radio frequency weapons, chemicals by Eleana Meyers acting in setting up the crimes with Arpino as threatened and continued to present.

The Plaintiff, Susan Cameron-Honaker, having wires through the body as shown, chemicals, like bug spray for terrorism, daily, nonstop and other military weapons, with radiation to over 150 times and 'legal' level as set forth by the FCC for over 8 years. All were indicted around Meyers acting through the UD, through all radiation labs, CIA, FBI, NSA, Justice Department, Bioethics, doctors, psychiatry in Delaware as shown again, as Meyers continues in these racketeering crimes and with judges, attorneys, and the use of state employees again. Meyers continued attempted murder and racketeering with Arpino, to present, with Arpino family living in Smyrna, Bear, and across from Susan Cameron-Honaker in Dover.

Susan is forced, near death, after other reports by John himself, John claiming during moving, that it will be temporary, since they had to move based on the crimes during the rental, and not finding a home before taxes would be due on the money from the sale of the other home; to sign for a new home loan, illegally, while the assaults, over 2900 days continue in extreme, with nerve agents as well delivered as shown to the body; again, Eleana Meyers in these crimes, with Arpino, Genovese owning all private psychiatry, or gaining benefit after all indictments; Meyers still operating with judges in racketeering, on children, women, trafficking, out of the airport with agents, chemical warfare, assaults, out of UD, Eleana Meyers acting with judges in this, downtown in Dover, Delaware; thereby then having them 'stay' in Dover to be assaulted, and John in totally unconcerned, no longer moving, states and not even involved as they assault Susan and son, but discussing their crimes and seeing it. They illegallly force Susan to pay three times the amount for a home, now having forced, by threats, and crimes, Susan into a move based on John's 'condition' of

Federal felonies, and war crimes, accumulation of extreme assaults, aggravated assault to 2009 by Eleana Meyers in racketeering:

The vomiting and weapons assaults, continued, 2007 to November 2008 and to 2009 as shown with Eleana Meyers while all firings, including Attorney General Gonzales, and more arrests take place; attempted murder, getting money by bribery, agents, the use of gangs, by Meyers, weapons assaults, radiation, chemical attacks, Meyers acting with Gill as 'CIA.'

Arpino threatens to drag Susan through defamation, slander, secretly, and prior to '9-11' and to use it as their facade for their crimes, to fabricate psych crimes and to use all military, ATF, DEA, and hate groups for their 'terror war' or 'Islamic' hate wars as staged; and these fabrications while using John for their cover-up and threatening and committing acts as they do on all other women and persons, and keeping John inactive, and nonsocializing, but for one neighbor sometimes, or to the store. After threatening Susan over being "Jewish" (Susans grandmother having descent directly to Queen Elizabeth, and her father being George Washington Davis, during other 'hate wars, rebels, the same wars, and knowing that Arpino, with Meyers are in chemical warfare, and that they are continuing with Ewan Cameron’s' chemical divisions; the Meyers family making all the money after total indictments in racketeering).

 

4500 days of interference in the family by Eleana Meyers in racketeering, with Russian agents, with the CIA, weapons assaults, and running all crimes, all 'Islamic' wars and hate crimes perpetrated and lying about it being 'Jews.'

Now over another 8 years of war crimes, federal felonies, assaults, threats with Eleana Meyers in racketeering, and fabrications, while eadh day committing assaults on Susan and son, and on all friends.

 

 

Eleana Meyers separating John from Susan, knowingly, surpassing other reports of chemical and these radiation, energy weapons assaults, and the gangstalking, threats as set up by Arpino and trauma, trauma to the body, and the documents then taken to the attorney; as threatened by Arpino, that the same would be done as was done on Henderson at that time and thereafter, and to after 2008, to present and on family.

Records are changed, so that while near death, and having gained some weight, total loss of muscle feelings, control, extreme dehydration, extreme, constant energy weapons through the body, to these wires, Eleana Meyers with Dupont Hospital for Children, has records 'show' with Dr. Montone, that Susans son was 'overweight since age three' which was not so and was only six months, and Eleana Meyers continues attempted murder nonstop daily, to 2009, and calls the Plaintiff, Susan, to commit more crimes with Gill who is 'CIA.'

Likewise, Meyers later questions Susan’s 'son' if he has 'guns' knowing, as well as other questions, and committed acts by Meyers, that they are shooting with gangs at night and at three a.m. during which time, other crimes exist, are taking place, and extreme chemical and aerial attacks, weapons assaults as shown.

 

 

Eleana Meyers, illegally, with Meyers in all areas, acting as state, calls "Susan" after Susan reports to the doctor at DuPont Hospital for Children that of their crimes. He asks, "Did you notify the FBI?" and he immediately, without waiting, calls 'someone' being Meyers. Again, two minutes later, he does the same.

 

 

Meyers waited, knowingly, until more advancement, about six months of extreme assaults to incapacitate vision, activity, still under Cheney, using gangs; and that John Honaker, by this time, still illegally having Susan in Dover, supposedly temporary, that all these months, they had been calling John to take 'cash advances' 'at work' and to pay for these loans 'at work' and waited for him to get a home loan to 'cover' them, which would not total over 300,000 in loans and illegally high amount stuck into this home, for more crimes, the other racketeering as this to take place.

More mortgage indictments and loan officers were arrested throughout 2008 and attorneys, while they continued daily in crimes.

Daily, these are still federal felonies, crimes, and war crimes, since there has been no due process at all.

 

 

All documentation, including changing medical records, and having 'Susan' attend nutrionist meeting, then firing the nutritionist when told again, of their crimes is documented. There is nothing wrong at all with Susan’s son. She taught him all and there is only these daily attacks on Susan and son. John mentions his sons writings, writings to magazines, and yet John from 1991, has ‘no’ involvement, shows no emotions towards Susan, and they continue daily assaults in these crimes by threats to Susan for getting this racketeering money and having taken all from Susan for it, and using John in his own chemical damage. They took all money, and had John running hundreds of splitting up of even grocery needs, while committing assaults on Susan in 2008; Susan and son not having any problems, and they continue getting this assault money. Susan, out of death states by 2009, they continue in their grossest slander, defamation, continue gross crimes, daily chemical assaults.

 

 

Eleana Meyers calls the family to come in to social services, and then claims of an 'anonymous call.' When told of the crimes, she simply ignores it. She separates John and son from Susan in another room. She purposely ignores the crimes knowing she is in racketeering. She then tells Susan, that if she had a medical problem she could get it checked at the hospital or anything 'in' the body. After riding over, Eleana writes down on a 'ready made' form, "thinks she has government chip in her head" which was not stated to her. As the photos show, Eleana Meyers in this racketeering and chemical assaults, back to the interrogative threat and attempted kidnapping, racketeering with courts on families. She does this, on the paper so that the others will follow suit in not taking medical care but only as they are told to do, from the form to the rest of it. They make Susan sit for over three hours, and Gill writes down on paper, noting, "Patient sitting quietly" for this three hours. After a phone call to a "Roman Catholic" association, Gill then writes illegally, "formerly had depression" and "Paranoid." She skips all medical attention and fills in forms illegally denying care as it would be. Susan is having near death attacks, dehydrated without any remedy from constant weapons assaults, radiation to over 150 times and 'legal' level, lowered somewhat by May, 2007, and continuing to 2008, November, but still used at this time.

 

 

From Eleana Meyer's fabrications, continued nonstop assaults on the body by the Energy Department, military weapons as noted publicly as being used on the public, and as 'Human Study' which is not, and is being used as weapons only. In addition, the military gangs, and new hirees, after this, firings, including Attorney General Gonzales at this time, continued. The same ordered agents in crimes with new hirees, and drug gangs, as they continued with weapons assaults to 2009. Those used with police, again, Eleana Meyers, the Meyers family behind all agencies used.

Gill, acting as 'CIA' asks John to 'take your wife' at this time and then writes down on paper for "Susan to see someone."

 

 

Eleana Meyers, in crime to 2009, daily with assaults, these are war crimes and continued crimes using state employees, and others, from one assault to the next:

John tells Susan, that according to Meyers, who he no longer remembers later, that she 'must' see someone. He makes phone calls to the 'VA' also linked to Meyers, military weapons, Feinstein, and denying John the care. They give him the name of "Everett’s" and he makes an appointment.

Susan discusses with Cindrich, at Everetts, their crimes, and shows him photos, and discusses, how all throughout, John does not one thing but continue adding to the things not done around the home and how they are using assaults on her, and son, and keeping John from VA care.

Cindrich is told that Susan does not use medicine, and that she is in trauma, a subconscious trauma and that chemical, radio frequency weapons assaults are being used on both she and son illegally and that they are illegal in the law.

Cindrich gives 'John' a prescription, which is supposed to be as thought, by both, sleeping pills. They are not. Cindrich, after another appointment, again, telling Cindrich of their crimes, goes to work at home, leaves the practice.

 

 

The Head of the American Psychiatric Association resigns because of torture taking place on the public, and others are arrested in Delaware. Those used on Susan's friends, including Andrea, and Delaware facilities, are investigated for abuses.

 

 

All documentation, including vomitting from the radiation, and daily notes on teh crimes, as Susan attempted to write up her 'own' court case, they continued extreme attacks, especially when writing, and theft of all intellectual information, illegal taking of personal information to continue in crimes.

From 2001 and prior, the use of state employees in crime is publicly documented, and their arrests, including the assistant to the CIA, and FBI, and finally the American Psychiatry Association Director resigned because of the use of so many persons in crime, and it's effect on real psychiatry.

Still, no due process of law, the lawsuit taken by Eleana Meyers, in racketeering, with Arpino, still in crime, and Susan working on her 'own' lawsuit while they continue ordering persons in crime, is including state employees under these administrations. The attorney general, in the state of Delaware, even though the FBI is later 'told' to indict persons, including more judges nationwide this year, Mayors, and those directly in this case; they continued ignoring the victims, and committing crimes using gangs, with Eleana Meyers, and these assaults; just as millions lost in mortgage fraud and there were indictments, the FBI told to indict, but the victims do not see any money or lawsuit; this is the case here, as threatened, by Arpino, to get every hate crime money, to use hate gangs, to get loan fraud, attempted psychiatric fraud, to fabricate, and use agents, with slander, defamation on Susan, to present, ongoing by Eleana Meyers and Arpino, while others, many, are indicted so far.

 

 

 

 

The continued use as threatened by Arpino, and acting in conjunction with Eleana Meyers in crime, with and within all agencies, and as agencies, as state agencies; ordering persons to continue committing acts, as threatened, in 'fractions' which amount to their own crimes.

Another mailbox is knocked down at a newer home built, a neighbor living nearby, and assaults by chemicals as shown in the photos increase on Susan. This occurred frequently, with in 2006, under nonstop, aerial assaults, weapons abuse, chemical radiation, by the same herein; as shown in the photos, they used one gang member from the Cheswald Rock Quarry, and who it was complained of by one neighbor, to knock down mailboxes, and of another neighbor who made a report to police.

 

 

Still, daily assaults, photos of radio frequency, RF, pulse, weapons, chemicals, and Eleana Meyers, with UD, CIA, are shown to commit these crimes.

Again, the crimes were reported to Delaware State Police, who came out laughing and stated, "Let's call your husband." John continued discussing their crimes, Meyers, Arpino, NSA, and stated he 'made phone calls' to former NSA and others.

Affidavit for ongoing effects and crimes, weapons assaults:

 

 

On December 6, 2008, after this incident, more chemicals, radiation increased, and car activity that is not of normal activity; Susan called police, 911, and stated that more activity was taking place and currently a mailbox had been knocked down, and that energy weapons assaults were being used on her.

 

 

Already, by the criminal acts, there would be due process, but, again, crimes continued in racketeering, by Eleana Meyers, with Arpino, Meyers acting through all agencies, and a lawsuit by the victim must be made by herself.

 

 

These are known, publicly known and already war crimes indictments. There has been no one come across, that does 'not' know about such weapons but only seemingly a few used in the crimes who are led to believe they are going to get a career bonus, or other prior to their arrest.

Publicly, thousands of documents and the weapons disclosures, in the U.S. and in Iraq.

 

 

Whereas there was another report on Arpino, in crime with Meyers at the same police, Delaware State Police, in Camdem from November, 2007, while a court case is being attempted, and they continue with weapons assaults, more wires in the body, chemicals to feign 'Islamic' wars; and while claiming that it is 'Jewish' doing it; and where it is not and they continue running 'Nazi' groups, gangs on elementary levels, and hate crimes; on this affidavit; they sent out another police, who stated just months before he would not take any complaints, and he instead of taking the complaint, forced 'John' to awaken and cuffed Susan to take Susan to Kent General Hospital.

 

 

Susan stated to him that in his code book, it is stated, under United States Code, that chemical agents, other Radio Frequency weapons (also called microwave weapons, nanotechnology, Star Wars Weapons), and the ongoing crimes are illegal and that he had a duty to take a report on ongoing activity after the mailbox incident. He stated after making these statements, again in the car, 'I know.' After getting 'to' the hospital, he stated he was 'ordered' (why Mayors are also being indicted) to take Susan there anyway.

 

 

At the hospital, again, it was discussed that these are ongoing crime family member, Arpino with Meyers in crime; and the officer, again, stated he was 'told' to cuff Susan and take her there. Susan told the nurse that was the intake nurse, that Arpino interrogatively threatened to get this crime money, hate crimes, on her, and other crimes, and in person, over two hours of interrogative threats, and working in conjunction with Eleana Meyers, both operating as state, through state agencies, and who also took the same work as Ewan Cameron in chemical warfare and nanotechnology, and that they are using it in the body and continued threats, crimes, from attempted kidnapping to present, more crimes.

Susan was placed in a room with no phone of her own, no shoes, having no coat or other brought. The first person brought in to see Susan, again, no rights, due process, but agreed that interrogatively threatening and committing such crimes is illegal. The woman and the other attendant with her asked for John by phone to bring the photos of such chemical and wires in the body, but John stated to her that their son was asleep and he could not awaken him.

 

 

However, there was then brought in an outside 'contractor,' to the hospital to 'talk' to Susan for about 'two minutes' regarding the same crimes. After another three hours of waiting, Susan was then told she would be 'transported' to a facility without any phone call or anything. The other women were not to go back to speak to Susan.

 

 

At all times, weapons are hitting the body and to these wires as a if a radio and radio frequency to the wires as shown with the radiation.

These are illegal continuing crimes. At Camden, Delaware State Police, the officer knows that Susan already had an affidavit on Eleana Meyers, and Dee Arpino, in these crimes. They use the same police department, and who have their attempted kidnapping, crimes, from 2001;

"Char" and keeping Susan in the facility by one fabrication to another for more damage on Susan.

A 'Court' hearing is set up illegally, while already putting Susan on medicine, for Susan without any discussion of it.

Char was told that of the crimes and of the mailbox being knocked down and that a police officer took the complaint of a neighbor; she paid no more attention to it. Char worked for this private facility to get patients, and also to get other contracts with patients for outside homes if they needed it.

At all times, Susan is simply 'waiting' and going to groups for those who have 'depression' which Susan does not have. They bring in and let go’ psychosomatic, depressed, suicidal, and homicidal persons; while Char finds ‘reasons’ to keep Susan for over 20 days.

Susan was put on 'medicine' anyway, and her psychiatrist later noted that someone had written that she was 'already on medicine' prior only after putting Susan on medicine.

 

 

 

It was already noted that of the crimes of Arpino, and Eleana Meyers, and illegal fabrications, in conjunction with Arpino, in racketeering, on Susan as threatened and illegal by Eleana Meyers.

 

 

Medicine cannot be used, except for trauma, but cannot be used for attempting to cover up what is being used in the body. There are professionals who know of these wires, and psychiatrists aware of what is taking place illegally by supposed nanotechnology.

At present, even while writing, Meyers is behind, using assaults, and the Energy Department, weapons to and through the body, and these wires as shown.

 

 

Char sets up this 'court' hearing for keeping or putting Susan on medicine, which is given already.

Later, finding that 'Char' went by 'someone giving her information' on Susan being on medicine 'prior.'

 

 

Susan did not need nor take any medicine, though was kept and by weapons assaults, chemical attacks, in subconscious reactionary trauma as they continue the crimes with gang stalking, weapons assaults, trauma to shootings, and car activity, and by the threats all of which have been and are ongoing., Eleana Meyers, with Arpino, involved directly in with gangs, agents.

"Char" continued avoiding Susan simply to keep her in the facility, without anyone speaking to her on anything. Char continued claiming she called and spoke to John. John stated he did not speak to her.

 

 

She spoke to Susan for only two minutes on one day, and because Susan would not sign papers until finding out what they were doing, Char avoided speaking most of the time to Susan.

 

 

first, to supposedly keep Susan on medicine, and to keep her in the facility as later told to Susan, and then Susan was told the court was for insurance purposes by a psychiatrist when she told him, while Perez was on vacation or seminar, that of what 'Char' did.

Perez notes to Susan, near her last day in the facility that John states to her 'all that Susan has done with their son.' John being in either depressed states, they taking all via John, and still committing such crimes on Susan, defamation, and taking all via John.

 

 

Susan will be filing, as well as this affidavit, charges for these gross assaults, and crimes, to present, this being a crime again, daily, using John for their crimes, and assaulting daily, Susan and son, and fabrications on Susan and then 'family' by Eleana Meyers still in crime.

 

 

By this time, they know, still using assaults, and racketeering, that they have John, totally unconcerned over $7,000 in overdrafts, still ‘taking’ loans, over three fourths his pay and paying ‘whenever’ having taken all via John from Susan; John ‘sitting and watching television,’ showing for over 15 years, no socializing, other than to the store; they having interfered also with his communication; showing no emotions whatsoever, a blank face; being ‘told’ of his overdrafts; and having Susan ‘watch’ in this facility, how to ‘do your bills’ and ‘take time off from work’ and on ‘depression’ and all that they have John doing, so they can get the crime money as threatened. They incapacitated Susan by chemical assaults and threats, and denying law, more threats to accomplish it and continue it to present. While using John to steal all, making changes each month, since John cannot follow any plans, agendas, has memory loss; Perez asks Susan what ‘Char’ tells her, that ‘Susan’ has ‘interference’ attempting to file a lawsuit, as they have attacked the body, all money, taken everything daily, under supposed ‘NSA spying’ and in gross assaults, daily interference, illegally, Perez asks Susan if this is ‘interfering with daily living.’ All throughout, they take all via John, or the use of John, including attacks in public, while having John inactive, and Meyers knows she is doing it, along with the other racketeering, and fabrications on Susan and son of ‘inactivity’ and all other fabrications being manipulated while committing such gross assaults.

 

 

In 2001, to present, thousands of lawsuits came about while Susan was denied even FOIA, Freedom of Information Act reports. Even families sued for illegal spying.

 

 

This psychiatrist noted 'not to worry' it is just for insurance purposes when Susan asked him about it as her psychiatrist was out on the weekend

Susan had only a two and a half inch pencil to document with a notebook in the facility. All conversations were documented.

Char set up this 'court hearing' to supposedly keep Susan in the facility or on medicine, but set up an later 'hearing' for February.

She 'gathered,' information, which John stated he did not say to her. There was no questioning of Susan, on any information, or if it was correct.

During these days, Susan Spoke to a psychiatrist, Perez, and told Dr. Perez of continued crimes, of Arpino who interrogatively threatened Susan to continue in bioethics fraud, to get hate crime money, threatened Susan she would be most likely taken to private prisons, or by via, empty stores, buildings, or by supposedly 'CIA' which Arpino is acting as and with as Meyers, during and to present, and they attempted kidnapping and continued these threats behind the facade of 9-11, and what they planned as 'terror war.'

 

 

Perez had a good understanding of it, and was made by 'Char' to believe that Susan was 'delusional' in attempting to file a lawsuit, but it was made clear, that when going to an attorney, and to present, the crimes contiuned and Eleana Meyers, to commit crimes as 'state' did so, with Gill, when having already reported again, their crimes, and taken information to an attorney, which was blocked, and they continue in the crimes, as threatened, to deny due process and law.

 

 

There has not been one day, without, including this, of their actions and disruptions, either by criminal acts, threats, or doing these things which take up daily time and which, after they find a reason to indict someone, including already, they are getting the money from racketeering.

Arpino, while daily, with Eleana Meyers commits these crimes, threatened psych fraud and had already had arrested those used on friends; threatened to use state employees as had already been the case, and the case in 2007.

 

 

After arriving to this 'court hearing,' only being told the day prior Susans psychiatrist, who was told the whole story on their crimes, it was asked by the judge to her, these answers coming from 'Char.' Again, false information on documentation, which as per above, without due process, and crimes which these are fractioned for use in other crimes. From 2007, to present, by orders to police, and using drug gangs, and more crimes, by Eleana Meyers based on false lies, information, defamation, as threatened, and anything in writing which can be construed. Threats to keep John in chemically damaged states of 'unconcern' or no communication and use him as their 'reason' for more crime, or even to fabricate something, has already been the case by Eleana Meyers, who pulls John aside, John having loans which Susan must go cover of over 300K which he states he does not remember, nor Eleana Meyers, while Susan is near death. And hear again, daily, criminal acts, using state employees or private employees, with false information, and Eleana Meyers, Arpino, who from 2001, continued in acts, themselves, even calling persons with falsified lies, defamation on Susan, making phone calls later as 'National Security,' and even calling 'security' at stores.

These are federal crimes, as noted below, that they include 'did not take her medicine' when with Gill, Eleana Meyers, and while still using assaults, with Arpino, to continue these crimes.

 

 

All notes were taken in the facility and actions, groups, daily by Susan.

These are stated as 'Char' collected 'information' and gave it to Dr. Perez.

The judge who is brought in to this facility asks,

"What do you find that Susan has said"

"She has stated that crime family member interrogatively threatened her."

"What did you determine that Susan has?"

"Her husband brought her in, she has Persecutory type symptoms after the crimes became more severe."

"Does Mrs. Honaker believe these are hurting her?"

"Yes. And I believe she stated her sister is part of the suit."

(This was not stated to Perez, but that the sister is not a victim of attempts at being run off the road, harassed, as others, and that she is the only one who does not know of John's past as NSA, CIA, or anything at all in the case, and therefore, is not helping as support, which is later discussed.)

"Was Susan ever admitted before to any [facility]?"

"Yes, I believe when she was a teen."

This is at a time, when Susan’s mother, having rage, of which Susan, educated in educational theory, psychiatry, herself, many years of education, does not have; and after telling Susan that she can stay out until midnight; at around 12:10, Ruth Cameron came outside, a relative of Meyers, and attacked Susan, and which her grandmother had no idea what was taking place and called police; and at which time, they told Ruth Cameron that she had a problem; Ruth, having the same 'chemical imbalance' as John Honaker, and the same in loan companies and debts, to present, the same linked to the crime families who are getting this crime money after indicting attorneys, psychiatrists, mortgage loan officers, judges. This cannot be used in any case for such crimes as they are committing.

Arpino, in her interrogative threats to get this crime money, and commit these acts as 'state' with Eleana Meyers, also 'questions' Susan back to 1992, and 'Do you speak out' and on 'chemical corporations in Delaware' In 1992, Meyers buys out the Times Herald Susan is working at. Arpino and Meyers acting to keep Susan out of work to use John for their crimes.

"She's also been to see a psychiatrist but did not take her medicine."

(Again, federal felonies, continued for reporting crimes and this is why at the time Cindrich resigns from his work to work at home from Everetts and there was no diagnoses. Susan gets copies of the papers where Cindrich gives medicine, and even the next visit where nothing is written or diagnosed on paper)

Again, the crimes of attempted murder as we are speaking of here, continued nonstop.

"Paranoid about who is going to hurt her."

"She remains delusional about these criminal groups and that security groups are also involved in them"

Dr. Perez was not at all informed about Arpino, nor Meyers but only what 'Char' told her and came 'up' with for these crimes.

Susan continued to be asked if she was 'filing and still talkinga about filing a lawsuit throughout the stay.

Char stated after this 'court hearing'

"Your husband thinks your getting better, he hasn't heard you mentioning a court case."

While in fact, Perez, stated to Susan, when confronted about the 'court hearing' several times, that 'Char' gave her the information, and that 'delusional' meant, doing the lawsuit without interfering with any daily tasks to extreme, and which only post traumatic and ongoing crimes are interfering with any tasks. It was also discussed of John being used in their crimes, and that he does absolutely nothing, and only 'responds' by this point, and does not even mention anything but what is in 'front' of him. In this case, or herein, he is 'asked' about something and 'responds' and he was also asked by Susan if such questions were posed to him, and did he respond, and he stated on each day in the facility that he had no spoken to Char, and had not mentioned such things.

(speaking, as Perez stated, was constantly focused on a lawsuit)

"Who brought Susan to the facility?"

Dr. Perez: "Her husband."

This is what 'Char' gives to Dr. Perez

"Was Susan seeing someone before?"

"Yes."

"Her husband 'said' she was seeing a psychiatrist."

Susan is asked each time, in the facility, by Dr. Perez, who is 'courteous,' how the 'medicine' is working. Susan tells her it covers up some of the wires and assaults of chemicals but not totally. Susan discusses how they used helicopters with the ATF, and their crimes, with Arpino and Meyers, in extreme weapons assaults, threats, and interrogatively threatened by Arpino, that Susan would be possibly taken to empty buildings, that Arpino 'hates Jews!' to set up hate crimes, that Arpino questioned Susan on these chemical corporations in Delaware, that Arpino committed, illegally, as a criminal, over two hours of interrogative threats to set up these racketeering crimes, assaults, and all of the aforementioned crimes.

Susan has no intellectual, memory, or other disability as they use John, even to present, with no involvement other than buying, nor memory, but what is in front of him next. They simply continue with weapons assaults, racketeering in all set forth herein, using agents, hate groups, attorneys, judges, weapons, drug trials, even after other arrests of all agencies, psychiatry in Delaware, attorneys, attorneys in loan and mortgage fraud, all other agencies and non-government agencies.

 

 

With more details into the crimes, it was understood, that by such traumatizing, and crimes, that Susan was put into trauma and given what is post traumatic stress over activity, shooting early morning hours or those things which set it off, and yet, another court hearing at this time, and then setting up a visit for more 'psychiatric care' was set up by 'Char,' with no information, no description, still on anything of the prior court hearing, or rights. This happens to be at a 'state facility.' Susan must attend a convention for her son, and on Tuesday, asked John to call this place and get information on 'setting up an appointment for herself.' Susan also leaves a phone message with Kent Mental Health, prior to leaving for this convention.

"Do you think she is harm to herself?"

"Yes. Because her husband thinks her license should be taken away, as she drives around with her son."

 

Judge: "Did you speak to her husband?"

Dr. Perez: "No. It was the social worker."

 

This is a federal felony, and by 'Char' in Dover Behavioral Health

John was asked if he spoke to Char

John: "No."

"Did you state anything to Char on my driving?"

John: "No."

John: "There was nothing of any nature of any sort."

'Char,' from Dover Behavior Health, even continued with 'speaking of a lawsuit' as the 'reason' for being in the 'Health Center.'

While kept each day in this facility, the only question is, 'are you still concerned over a lawsuit?"

She set up more by this court case, by lies, fabrications, and as they continue with, as shown, these weapons assasults, and set up another court 'hearing' based on these lies presumed as something else.

Again, Susan was told that it was for 'insurance purposes'

Dr. Perez noted that Char continued conveying false information.

Char set up with Kent Mental Health, and this other 'hearing' for February.

All documenation as Char continued ignoring any real interaction, and they had Susan listen to, in groups, what 'John' does; only watching television, spending.

They have taken Susans educational material, books and even had Terry Newman take one history book in 2001, during setting up defamation and assaults, on 'history' and before suddenly moving, claiming she just moved to Delaware, makes statements that she is 'studying for a  history degree at 'UD.' She also took an Israel book that Susan had in the family as Meyers used any and all lies, for the use of groups for these radiation and assaults, as threatened by Arpino and putting the body into shock.

Photos show and the documents show, Meyers involvement in all areas, and with Arpino, who are committing these crimes, using state employees and others, gangs in hate crimes, and weapons assaults, racketeering as threatened.

'Char' sets Susan up without stating anything, to 'follow up' with 'Social Services' linked Psychiatry, with Kent Mental Health.

As per below, and above, the discussion at the facility is that of Arpino with Eleana Meyers, the Meyers family in racketeering daily and assaults, nanotechnology as shown, wires in the body as Eleana Meyers, herself, knowingly, took papers from or committed another two years of assaults, in racketeering and bribery, assaults with nanotechnology; and even wrote on paper with 'Gill' (papers of Gill working with Meyers at Kent General Hospital where Susan, when Meyers calls Susan after going to an attorney, after hundreds of reports of her crimes with Arpino, and even reports of their attempted kidnapping, and to police; firings, indictments while Eleana Meyers continues in crimes in racketeering in the state of Delaware, as threatened and in coordination with Dee Arpino, who also was acting with Genovese, the ATF, DEA, DOD, FBI, with drug gangs, all agencies, out of UD, with Meyers, chemical warfare, with the Meyers family in racketeering and threatened Susan to do it and commit such assaults on family and she and son).

For 8 years, during such assaults, as threatened by Arpino, they would have Susan defamed, take all, based on 'opposite' lies on Susan, and even made phone calls to 'security' and every kind of lie, to commit such assaults and crimes, to be able to keep John in these states as only knowing what is 'in front of him' next, to remember, to commit the crimes on Susan and son. Char, helps in the crimes and Perez notes that Char is giving false information to her. Char fabricates whatever based on whatever words she can get John to 'respond.'

Even after this, Susan makes a call, not knowing anything, not being told anything, to Kent Mental Health, believing it is private facility and still being attacked with RF and chemicals; to find out what they are having been told nothing; but has to leave for a convention, thereby asking John to call them and find out what she has to do;

On Friday, January 9, Susan gets a phone message after 6 p.m. from Paul at Kent Mental Health, who John has already set up an appointment with, without telling her, sitting the whole weakened and not until he ‘sees it on his desk’ on Monday; already near the appointment time as if Susan is mentally impaired, keeping John in extremely mentally impaired states of memory loss, and other, or just by his incapability’s, to commit these gross crimes; stealing all music, money, work, by this time, from Susan, and daily continuing the assaults. Susan could not call Paul back until Monday, at which time she is ‘reprimanded’ “You have an appointment by 1.” When asked of John, why he sat all weakened long, this being four years of them using John in their assaults, why he did not mention it, it was stated back to Susan, “I just found it on my desk.”

The crimes, and all taken, via John, the family having committed no crimes, daily the assaults continuing based on John ‘just now seeing something,’ extreme assaults on Susan, and taking all from Susan and son, via John; while committing such assaults with weaponry, racketeering, continue. Eleana Meyers, with Arpino, under extreme threats, weapons on Susan, threatened to do this using John and denying him care at the VA, as they did, in 2006, the VA telling him, regarding his memory loss, and other, ‘Your just a liar’ and ‘You’d make a great spy.’

At Kent Mental Health, again, the discussion is on their radio frequency driven, microwave, chemical, assaults, as it was in the private facility, while Susan had to listen to each day, 'not just watching television' and 'paying your bills' and 'depression' which they increase in John to get the crime money and take all from Susan and son and continue in gross racketeering crimes after mass arrests in Delaware; the conversation at Kent Mental Health is that with psychiatrists, judges, attorneys, Eleana Meyers, acting also through Social Services, now for over 8 years is acting out of UD, with Meyers family, with other crime families, daily, with Meyers in military, CIA, courts, all areas and daily assaults, in racketeering with children, with judges, with nanotechnology, on women and children, in Delaware and nationwide; with psychiatrists already indicted, and those used on friends, racketeering in medicine, neurosurgery, with these electromagnetic weapons, out of UD, and as stated in all areas, Eleana Meyers, still in these crimes, as interrogatively threatened and committed daily with Arpino crime family.

Susan already went through extreme weapons, radiation to the likes of being under 25 feet of water, vision loss, loss of muscle feelings, and her son during 2003, to the time of attempted murder by the time Eleana Meyers knowingly calls Suasn to set up lies regarding ‘Social Services’ and psych lies, again, while attempting murder, and to present, committing assaults and crimes; still using chemical assaults, popping by Radio Frequency in the body.

The 'medicine' is making Susan have vision loss, muscle weakness and other symptoms, and she is supposed to 'continue' at this facility until a 'court date' in February, based on Meyers crimes to begin with, based on 'seeing' someone while near death, based on being 'transported' illegally to a facility; based on still, daily popping in the body, wires, microwave assaults, with Genovese, Meyers in all racketeering, groups, ideological groups, racketeering with judges, attorneys, doctors, supposed 'population control' and other ideological hate crimes as set up and staged whereas, they then have them all arrested and did so far. Eleana Meyers, with Arpino, John D. To present, they have taken all money, career, work, enforced a move based on John’s total dissociation, based on drug gangs in Newark, a move, and then ‘temporary’ to Dover, assaulted nonstop with RF, EMPS, on Susan and son, forced Susan out of money, threatened her in public, interrogatively and other threats to commit the crimes, threatened Susan at the court house, threatened other retaliation; taken money Susan and son would use and did use for Kung Fu and other activity, fabricated lies of what they see John doing on ‘Susan’ even with doctors; while continuing attempted murder and assaults as shown with RF, Radio Frequency weapons illegal and to extremes and racketeering, defamation, forcing Susan to pay over 350,000 or over $1,500 a month of what was $780 a month on a home, hate crimes, defamation on all they do to destroy and commit crimes; while John also reported and made phone calls on their crimes, put it into writing, and by Susan herself, threatened each time and more weapons assaults.

14) I am not in receipt of any law that authorizes the disregard of the above documented induced torture, criminalities, and obstructions of justice. Consequently, Equal protection of the law is needed and is paramount. It can save lives!  To the contrary, the United Nations set forth with Nurenberg Codes, that these crimes exist and are illegal!
 
15) This affidavit shall serve as notice of the above mentioned deadly crimes inflicted, administered, and implemented, on me in a most life threatening manner. Your professional response to this Truth Affidavit, with the agenda to correct, regulate and compensate is anticipated within 30 days of receipt of this Truth Affidavit.
 
16) If a public protection lawful response is not received within 30 days, this urgent life threatening  matter will be pursued in a court of law via class action lawsuit. This must be done, as I attest to knowing innocent dead people that have been killed and criminally destroyed, behind the above obstructions of justice and the disregard. These crimes must stop, must be stopped, today and not tomorrow! I most graciously, respectfully, and in all sincerity await an expeditious lawful public protection response.
 
17) As the result of the above mentioned hate crimes that have been criminally and maliciously inflicted on me, and the disregard of such, I have endured great torture. I have been damaged financially, socially, and emotionally. Regulation and compensation is required. Thank you.
