Real Estate development leader looking for qualified Property Staff Accountant. Our Client is one of the nation's leading retail real estate companies, is seeking to hire a Property Accountant due to the continued growth and expansion of its asset portfolio. The position will be responsible for accounting, financial reporting, and providing general business support for a portfolio multiple community shopping centers. It is highly desirous that the applicant be a self-starter and has prior accounting experience.

Responsibilities include: 
-  Oversee a portfolio of commercial properties 
-  Responsible for billing and collection of tenant rents 
-  Assist in the resolution of tenant billing inquiries 
-  Operating account, mortgage and escrow reconciliations on assigned properties ? Maintain the general ledger on assigned assets 
-  Assist in preparation of annual budgets 
-  Preparation of quarterly variance reports including explanations
