Welcome to my poetry web site.
I write poems in more than one style. I think of one of my styles as crazy (experimental, post-avant, somewhere in that space beyond adequate terms) and another as direct, understated, small, the opposite of crazy. I see the opposite styles as indexes of each other, staring at their unrecognized mirror image in the pool of poems. Some poems float off into yet other styles, and that's okay too.

I like the dogmatism that theorizes a style. I do not like the dogmatism that scorns the potential pleasure, however rejected, of another style.
