Preparations for the Winter Concert are in full swing here at RCS! K/1 are singing "Sevivion" a dreidel song in Hebrew as well as the "Winter Hokey Pokey," and "Snowpants"
2/3 are rocking "Minka" a Ukrainian folk song adapted in English. It's really moving! We'll be polishing up a winter round to the tune of "Are you Sleeping" too. Third grade is hard at work with recorders, and expect to hear from them as well.
Harmonies are ringing though the halls of North Building, as 4/5/6 sing "Snow is Falling Still" which combines two beautiful partner songs about the snowy months. "Variations on Fa La La," mixing "Deck the Halls" with various well known classics is on it's way as well.
