A Chamber Christmas Carol played at the Morgan Library & Museum, Dec 17, 2010.  The production was SOLD-OUT.  It starred Dominic Chianese (of the Sopranos) and was directed by Casey Biggs.  Cast photos and more info HERE.

Palestine plays Off-Broadway at New York Theatre Workshop's Second Space, Feb - April 2010.  Produced by Twilight Theatre and directed by Sturgis Warner.  Palestine is a new play by Najla Said, with original incidental music by Ray Leslee.  

Avenue X plays in Atlanta, January 13 - February 7, 2010 at The Alliance Theatre in Atlanta, directed by Susan V. Booth.

Avenue X plays Philadelphia June 2009 with the 11th Hour Theatre Company.  Nominated for SEVEN Barrymore Awards including Best Musical -- and won three awards including Best Actor.

2009 Artist in Residence at The Folger Shakespeare Library in Washington DC. 

 

Live Concert Feb 24, 2009 -- The Music of Ray Leslee at LaGuardia High School for the Performing Arts (FAME!).  Featuring Alton White (The Lion King), Judy Kuhn (Les Miz), Bradley Dean (Spamalot), Cheryl Alexander (Caroline Or Change), Dennis Stowe (Shrek!) and others. Also excerpts from a new work (Xmas Carol) with Ashley Horne (violin with The American Symphony Orchestra).

Winner of the 2008 Fellowship in Music Composition from the New York Foundation for the Arts (NYFA).
