We are delighted to announce that Rapid Creek Physical Therapy has merged with Pocatello Care & Rehab (http://pocatellocare.com/) to create Pocatello Creek Therapy Services. Our main reason for this decision is that this partnership will allow us to provide additional services for our patients when necessary. These additional services will primarily be Occupational and Speech Therapy, making us a more comprehensive Therapy provider!! We want to emphasize that for you the only thing that will change other than our offering OT and ST is the name and its accompanying signage. However, the clinic’s location and contact information for phone calls and faxes will remain the same (phone: 233-2203, fax: 233-4359). Brandi will also continue to lead our Physical Therapy team as part of Pocatello Creek Therapy Services and remain your go-to person for Outpatient referrals.
Some highlights of our offerings and services we will continue to specialize in are: • 1-on-1 treatments with your patients to ensure quality individualized care. • Aquatic therapy for gradual progressions, weight-bearing restrictions, balance and de-conditioned patients, fibromyalgia, and much more. • Orthopedic Rehab that includes general, pre-op, and post-op therapy by a team with advanced training in shoulder, knee, low back, pelvic girdle, and cervical rehab. • Women’s Health including pre/post natal therapy, post-mastectomy rehab, weight management and non-invasive urinary incontinence training. • Lymphedema Therapy utilizing a complete decongestive therapy program as well as general edema management. • Chronic pain management and numerous manual therapies including scar mobilization.

The Pocatello Creek Therapy team, located inside Fitness Inc., is comprised of professional physical therapists, occupational therapists, Speech Therapists and Physical and Occupational Therapist Assistants, all with advanced training in a variety of treatment specialties. Orthopedic Rehab - includes general, pre-op and post-op rehab. Team members have advanced training in geriatric issues, shoulder, hip, knee, low back, pelvic girdle, headache and cervical rehab.
Chronic pain management and manual therapies - includes soft tissue manipulation, scar mobilization, deep tissue work, and trigger point release.
Women's health - includes post-mastectomy rehab, incontinence training, weight loss/management including pre/post gastric bypass, osteoporosis management and pre/post-natal therapy.
