After Installation and running SmartFogy, you will see an Icon of fogy (monkey). Right-Click on him and choose Options.

Automaticly run on Startup :  check if you want the program to run when you start windows every time.

Check for updates automaticly: everytime the program starts, check for new version on the web.

I am using Grave Accent : check this if you use the key (`) to switch between languages on your computer.

Dictionary File: if you want to change the dictionary to other language, you must locate a dictionary file (*.Dic) and choose the Keyboard Layout also. Downloading new dictionaries is possible in the main download page. You must select the (.Dic) file here and then choose the keyboard layout.

Keyboard Layout: when opening, will show you all of your languages (keyboard layouts) available on your computer. You must select the language you wish SmartFogy to work on.

For example: English-UK or English-US etc..

Note: it must match the Dictionary File that you choose before.

Dictionary Correction type:

What is "Dictionary Correction Type"?
you can choose the type of correction/suggestions that SmartFogy gives you.
you have 3 options: Closest Words, Similar Sounds and Both.

• Closest Word:
  when you type a word, it will try to give you suggestions very close to your word assuming that you maybe mistyped 1 character or forgot to write space between 2 words.
  for example: "gohome" will show you "go home" and by clicking the word in the suggestion window SmartFogy will replace you automatically the word with the chosen one. And "conect" will show you "connect" and also "confect" and "convect".
• Similar Sounds:
  when you type a word, it will try to give you suggestions that sounds similar to the word you wrote.
  for example: "pblk" will show you: "public","publicly","publicness","publics".
  and "bkz" will show you many suggestions including the word "because".
  so you see what i mean "Similar Sound".
  Note: "gohome" will not show you "go home" now since it is not in 'Closest Word" mode.
• Both:
  it is a mix of the 2 methods.
  for example: "gohome" will show you also "go home" and also other words with similar sounds.And "fvrt" will show you "favorite","favorites" and more.

You can check to see which one suite you best.

Pop-up time: when offered suggestions (in a small notification window), how many seconds to show it for.

Maximum Suggestions: when the notification window pops up and shows you the possible corrections, it have a limit of maximum suggestions (the default is 25).

Notification Size: here you can choose the notification window's Width and Height. This way you can make his size as you wish.
