Philosophers on twitter
I am a big fan of Twitter as a
way of getting in touch with other philosophers. I have two lists of philosophers on twitter, both students and professionals. The first list, philosophers on twitter, has reached its 500 limit, so I have started the second list, more philosophers. In total I am now following more than 700 tweeting academic philosophers.

The Tweeting Philosopher
A philosopher on Twitter, @raimondiand, used my two lists to create a weekly philosophy magazine, The Tweeting Philosopher.

An egalitarian discussion forum
Twitter is an egalitarian and friendly forum for philosophy. It is particularly useful for
discussing and draw attention to one's own work, and for getting updates on conferences, publications, new journals, posts, and the latest research. I have found collaborators on Twitter and received invitations to research projects and to give talks both nationally and internationally.

Follow me on Twitter
I have two Twitter accounts, one for myself (@ranilillanjum) and one for my research project Causation in Science (@CauSci).
