Dear Sir
Northern Territory businesses are often criticised for the poor levels of customer service. I'm pleased to be able to say this not so for the people of Alice Springs who have to board their dogs.
I'd like to compliment Tiani and Clint of the Rangeview Pet Resort for the quality product they offer. Professionally run, super clean and obviously a lot of fun (judging by the enthusiastic way my dogs greet the owners), the Rangeview Pet Resort is an excellent example of a modern home based business.
It comforts me to know that Misty and Chloe (my two dogs – one of whom is diabetic and needs an injection every 12 hours) are in safe and caring hands every time I have to go away for business. As regular guests, I know the level of customer service experienced by owner and dogs alike is consistent and of a very high standard.
So thank you Tiani and Clint for making it easy and reassuring to continue to do business with you.

A note to thank you for taking care of Jack Marsden during our recent stay in Alice Springs and beyond. It was very reassuring to know that your facility provided such great care. My transfer using Tom from Dogtainers last week went very smoothly and we all arrived back in Sydney none the worse for wear.
Once again, thank you and hope to see you again sometime in the future.
