HomeInsight.com is a lead generation system built to capture the first and last name, e-mail address, and phone number of potential home buyers and home sellers. These leads are sold directly to realtors who are based in the United States and Canada, and the leads are then streamed directly into the realtors' inbox using Top Producer real estate CRM software. Lead generation from HomeInsight.com was extremely important, as it is the only source of online generated leads for Top Producer.

A very simple site re-design was used to simplify the flow of traffic into conversion. In this case, conversion is defined as a successful connection between a realtor and the lead using either phone or email.

I directed Top Producer's editor to write a number of articles that fall under categories, which you can see in the navigation box in the screen shot below. Some articles include, "7 Keys to Selling Your House when Sales Are Slow", "How Much Will Your Home in the South be Worth Tomorrow?", and "Practical Tips for Moving". These articles attract traffic from real people looking for this highly relevant and specific content; the user then continues to engage the website and are attracted to getting an idea about what there home is worth using the "Property Value & Home Price Check" (Market Snap Shot) tool. Notice the lead collection page in the second screen shot below.

This website is very successful in obtaining and providing leads to over 7,000 Realtor accounts.
