Rancho La Scherpa Stonehouse

Rancho La Scherpa's Stonehouse provides an unsurpassed setting for your
small group retreat of up to 15 - 18 guests. This building was constructed in 1928 by Italian stonemasons from rock that was quarried on the property. The cut stonewalls
are at least a foot thick. Numerous upgrades were completed during the
last several years. The Stonehouse is positioned so that it has spectacular
views of the California Channel Islands from both the living room and dining room.
This building has three bedrooms. The master bedroom sleeps seven people
in single beds and has its own quaint retro decorated bathroom.
This room enjoys its own fireplace which creates the perfect ambiance during
cool winter nights. Five pairs of large bay windows open to provide a
refreshing, gentle breeze during summer months. Two other smaller
bedrooms are also available
. . . one room has a single bunk bed, the other has three bunkbeds. These two rooms share a bathroom. By special request,
an additional private bedroom may sometimes be available. This room has a king bed, private bathroom (although it does not have a shower) and a private entrance that opens on to the front deck. This room has a window with a very nice view of
the California Channel Islands
