Rancho La Scherpa"s accommodations consist of three Casa Grandes and two Casitas.

A Casa Grande is divided into three parts. On either end of the building is guest housing, with each section sleeping 16 people for a total of 32 guests. Additional beds can be added for larger groups. A centralized common area is equipped with couches, tables and chairs and is complemented by a stone fireplace. separates the two sections, and is used for small group meetings and social gatherings. Each Casa Grande has four showers (with great water pressure and lots of hot water)  and four toilets, so lots of people can get ready in the morning very quickly.

The two Casitas are located adjacent to the large playing field. Each Casitas is divided into two separate sleeping areas. Each half sleeps sixteen guests. Casitas do not have bathrooms or showers within the buildings, so guests use the master bathhouse
which is a short walk away.

Newton Hall serves as both a dining area and a meeting room. The deck adjoining the south entrances to Newton is a popular gathering areas and has a
view of the California Channel Islands.

Just below the dining hall is a screened in recreation room that has a ping-pong table, air hockey, Foosball and bumper pool. The recreation room also can be used as a crafts room or as an additional meeting for smaller groups.

Don't miss our beautiful hillside amphitheater that is hidden among oak trees. Redwood benches accommodate nearly 100 people with additional chairs available for larger groups. The fire pit is surrounded by a stage that is perfect for skits, talent shows, and versper services. Enjoy a view of Santa Cruz and Santa Rosa Islands as the sun sets and unveils a nighttime sky with a breathtaking view of the stars, planets, constellations and shooting stars.
