There are but few things in life that shape an individual. The books you read, the people you meet, and the places you go define the very essence of your being. I have been greatly molded into the person I am today by these things.

I like to share photos. I like to share glimpses of my life through stills. They capture a lot about the places I've been and the people I've met there. Of course, some things warrant a video, such as a local protest, or the cleansing of feet by the ocean. My intention in my 5 millionth attempt at a website is to share my life through the places I have visited and the people I've met there. Hopefully, the list on the left will grow in the coming year.

One of the things I can't possibly do on here is tell a story through the chronological shots taken since there isn't nearly enough space.  My future goal is to be able to piece together my journey across the globe using all the photos I take. While my uncle jokes that I'm quick to draw my camera, I feel that I take much thought in deciding what photos I do take. All of them are necessary and all them have a story. 

I hope that this will turn into a travel log that will grow and document where I have been and what I have learned. If all else fails, it'll be a nice place to showcase my wonderful photography skills (or that's what my grandma says).
