RIP Spagnuolo era, 2009-2011
Instead of beating the worthless Big Dead at home ever again in my lifetime, they're not actually punting RIGHT TO PATRICK PETERSON AGAIN? Are they?...

2010: Rams Resurgent

2010 will be remembered as the season the Rams began to recover from all the beatings the franchise had taken the previous three seasons. New eras began in team ownership, and at QB, where Sam Bradford stepped in as the franchise's new face and broke NFL rookie records left and right. Steven Jackson, ever the workhorse, became the all-time Rams rushing leader and made it to his third Pro Bowl. Veteran defensive linemen James Hall and free agent acquisition Fred Robbins beat Father Time and had near-career years to spark an improving defense. Steve Spagnuolo tied it all together into a team that was vastly-improved, but still fell agonizingly short of the playoffs. A fumble against Arizona, late officials' calls in Oakland and San Francisco, a loss to Tampa on the final play of the game... Change any of those, and the Rams win the division; instead, with all the marbles on the line in Seattle, they played (and coached) one of their worst games of the season and headed home instead. Not, however, without hope for the future, a future which wears jersey #8.

RamView Archives

History:
Rumors in the summer of 1998 had it that preseason games of the then-lousy Rams weren't going to be shown on local TV. I thought it would be valuable to recap games from a fan's perspective, that fans who couldn't come to games shouldn't be stuck receiving news about the game filtered through a select few media voices. With that motivation, "View from Row WW" was born, along with "View from the Couch". Thanks to the Rams' seat upgrade program, "Row WW" became "Row HH" in 1999. The name of the recap used to vary for home and road games but now comes out every week as "RamView". RamView originated on Usenet, and can still be found there, as well as on the Web's finest Rams sites and information sources:
* Rampagers mailing list
* Clanram
* Rams E-Zine at ramfans.com
* RealRamsFans
* The Rams Huddle
and Rams Gab.

It's the same recap everywhere; read it where you like.
