For the Racers and Fast Recreational riders… We rely mostly on Heart Rates as the baseline measurement for training. While Power Meters have added a new level of accuracy, not everyone has the equipment. In our vast studies, we have determined every rider shows up with a heart. True story! Those with Power Meters are also taken care of, but the Heart is the common denominator, so we use it the most. We can certainly guide you with both parts. After the Heart and Power Meter, we also look for Cadence. |
